They picked up my rug on a Tuesday morning and returned it the same Thursday morning. The rug looked great when it was returned to me. I love the pickup and drop off service and they were very prompt in returning my call and arranging times. I have used Pioneer Cleaning for this rug 3 or 4 times in the past as well and have always had good experiences. The backing was coming undone on one corner in the past and they did a nice repair on the corner as a part of the cleaning service.

He showed up when promised, took the carpet away for cleaning and returned it on the day promised.

They seemed to be no rush in doing their work. When they finished their work, the carpet looked like brand new and newly installed. They did a very good job with it, they took good care of everything and I was very happy with it.

Pioneer Cleaning Specialists were excellent. They showed up on time, assessed the areas that needed particular attention, including merlot wine spots on carpet and chair, and a black residue on our area rug from an old recliner chair. They worked steadily and meticulously for six hours, and were very careful with our furniture and with their equipment in our home. The result was fabulous - wine stains gone. They worked on the area rug and when they decided that the stain would probably come out, they took the rug to their shop to finish. It will be delivered back to us in a few days. The crew was professional and hard working and nice. We highly recommend Pioneer Cleaning Specialists for any carpet/rug cleaning needs.
