He was very thorough. He had many suggestions for what we could do to address small issues and gave us a name of a contractor for a larger problem. He was professional and knew what he was doing. He took the time to show us things we may have missed and showed us how to use things that we had not encountered before. Excellent service. We have bought and sold many houses and he was the only inspector we have had that didn't need some direction about what to check.

After the inspection he recommended several companies to give us a start and quick easy fixes we can do ourselves. Highly recommend.

We used this company based on a recommendation from a friend. I followed the inspector, Jeff Schroeder, through the entire process and was very impressed with the detail in which he covered the process. The house we are purchasing is only 6 years old so I did not expect any issues. He explained what he was looking for during each part of the inspection. There was one part of the house (a possible moisture issue) that required further inspection by other equipment, which he quickly retrieved and determined that there was actually no issue. The final report was emailed to me (it could have been prepared on site but to enable me more time with him, I opted out of this option) later that day as promised and included the items that we discussed. There are multiple offices for this company in the Spokane area so these comments are only for the location specified and the inspector that I worked for.
