Phillips 360 Land & Hardscaping

Very well. Job was done in under a week and earlier than we initially thought. Good communication with us throughout and gave us good options and opportunity to make decisions. They spoke to my wife, not over her to me, which we've had happen before. The quality of the work is top notch, and they made sure to ensure good drainage options, which I hadn't specified.

Phillips does great work. They made sure I liked the mulch they selected before they spread it. The worker did an excellent job and the price was fair. Phillips has been doing our landscape maintanence for at least three years and we are very happy with all their services.

The worker just skipped of the sprinkler heads that were marked for repair (as they requested) and some of the ones that were fixed were leaking. It took over a week to get the office to contact me and another week to get the worker back out to finish and fix the problems. They then charged me for all of his mistakes, causing the bill to almost double the estimate. When I asked to reduce the price since it was his fault, the office just had him call me, where he said "The kids at the bus stop must have broke them, so it isn't my fault." There is no bus stop within a block of my house, it is during summer vacation, and some of the broken sprinklers were in the middle of my back yard. They don't care, they just want as much of your money they can get.

The experience was flawless. Mike came out twice to make sure we were on the same page prior to starting the work. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and nice even though I kept changing my mind on things. He and his employees are very skilled and have a very good eye for landscaping. I could go on for days Thank you for the prompt and pleasant yard care experience.

Phillips 360 always does a good job

Amazing. The project took a week. The workmen were on time, worked fast, hard and efficiently. The cleanup at end of project was the best I have ever seen! This is an amazing company and I have them doing work for me for several years.

We hired Phillips360 to turn our neglected, overgrown, dead-grass backyard into a sustainably designed xeriscape with paver patio. I had to book them a year in advance (I learned that's fairly standard for landscaping projects). I had a layout in mind, and Mike built from that. Mike gave me an estimate at a good price, less expensive than another high-end company. I relied heavily on Mike's expertise and suggestions. Mike, AJ, and the crew were very professional, polite, and friendly. They were always on time. They communicated exceptionally well (I appreciate their use of text), always asked my opinion if they ran into something that needed my preference, and gave great advice (AJ especially has a great eye for aesthetics). I love their use of "fancy corners" for patio pavers, it's a very artistic touch! They stayed within budget, even with changes and additions I made, for which they were flexible and happy to do. They cleaned up very well. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to pay electronically without a 4% fee, but that doesn't detract from their quality of service. I've already got them booked to do our front yard next year, and will likely hire them for routine maintenance too. I give them my highest recommendation.

Fantastic! The crew was fantastic and the owner, Mike, was communicative about progress and timing throughout the work and a temporary interruption due to the coronavirus concerns and state orders. He arranged for new gutters as well, and they completed all the work quickly and to a high quality.

I needed help getting the system running, and some adjustments needed to be made to the drip lines. Everything is fine now! Phillips 360 always does a good job, so that's who I always call.

So awesome! They called me back literally minutes after I re-submitted request for help. Previous company told me, during initial contact, that repairs could be done within a couple weeks. Once I signed up, and then didnt get a call to schedule a time, I contacted company, and then was told it'd be more like 3 weeks. Phillip's, on the other hand assured me they could see me by end of the week. In fact, they sent someone the following day. Everything got fixed to my satisfaction, plus got some great info for my system I never knew before. Win -Win. I so appreciated the timeliness and the help, and will use them for all my future lawn irrigation issues. You can trust in their commitment to helping you out as soon as possible vs. being told one thing, and after "signing up", being put on the back burner.

Mike is capable, generous with his advice, and has lined us up for work next spring. His company is closing down the sprinkler system this fall. We will use him hereafter. He is an idea man, and a solution finder. Nice guy.

It's done. They contacted me Monday and it was done on Thursday.

The developer left a mess in the backyard. Mike Phillips and his team, were amazing - professional, personable, respectful, punctual, great recommendations and did exactly what was asked at a very reasonable rate. Loved the end result. They graded, put in sprinkler system, rock borders and high-quality sod. 360 Landscaping willingly accommodated minor changes during the project also. Mike and his team were over-the-top at ensuring customer satisfaction. His follow-up was stellar. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. It's rare to find such great customer service these days. Awesome. Great communication and very professional. Only gave a B on price since I’m cheap. But you get what you pay for and they were very much worth the cost!

Alexe is thorough and skilled at troubleshooting our complicated sprinkler system. He’s the only one, besides Mike, also with Phillips 360, that I trust with my system!

We had Phillips 360 and several other landscapers come out to talk about fixing up our horrible backyard, and we were totally impressed with Mike's upfront approach to our budget. Our yard was dirt, weeds, and rubble and was so ugly we were kind of embarrassed by it. No problem for Mike! He went over what we wanted, what our options were at different price points, and how we could do this job so that there was potential to do more for the rest of the property in the future. His approach was simple - no fancy computer sketches - but we felt that he really listened to all of our practical needs and helped us troubleshoot for how we really use the yard. We put a deposit down in the fall for a spring job, he contacted us in early spring to set up the work, and the guys showed up as soon as the yard was thawed. Communication was excellent. He and everyone on the crew were some of the friendliest, most accommodating, and hardest working guys we've ever had at our house. In the end we had a sprinkler system installed that covered the new grass and an existing garden (with room to grow in the future), beautiful sod (we couldn't seed due to our dog traffic), and river rock borders and quality edging everywhere. We forgot to include one element in the original bid, and when we called Mike about it he came by to go over the details and had an updated estimate for us within 24 hours. At every step we were amazed by the responsiveness and affordability. As we said to the work crew when they left - they did an amazing job and we just wish they also did kitchens! We are already planning to hire Phillips 360 again in the future.

Just finished our landscaping remodel with Phillips 360 and everything went like clockwork. Their pricing was reasonable (lower than 2 other bids we got). They kept us informed of the schedule and were here when they said they would be. They were responsive to our mid-project changes and provided suggestions to improve our end result. These guys worked their butts off, and they completed the project quickly, can't thank them enough. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new yard.

This company always does a great job.

I have had the privilege of using Mike Phillips and his crew at Phillips 360 for several years for landscaping and Winterizing for both my home and my rental properties. They do a VERY good job and they are totally reliable. Mike treats his crew well and thus keeps the best. The scheduling and billing staff (mostly Alexe) are very responsive and professional as well. Mike Philips offers fantastic customer service and you can always talk to him if you have a request or need to ask for changes. I am not sure how Philips 360 is able to keep their prices so reasonable, but I am guessing it's due to the teamwork of all involved. Phillips 360 offers old fashioned work ethics and fairness plus friendly and efficient services. I am extremely happy I found them and I will continue working with them.
