When my daughter contacted this company she asked that they deal with her instead of me. She lives in Oregon. she set up the estimate they came to my house did the estimate and submitted the estimate to her via email. We had 3 other estimates and decided to go with Perrenoud due to their quote and the fact that they had no problem dealing with my daughter. When we chose them my daughter set it up for them to come to my house with a contract and the choices of roofing. I was so pleased with the way things went it was very straightforward everything was included in the contract including the permit.. They called the week before and made sure everything was still on. They showed up on time and it was done exactly as described to us. One day the old roof came off the next day the new roof went on and it was so nice. The price was what was quoted to the penny. The job was beautiful. I Have told my friends how pleased I was.

The first day went fine until a sudden, unexpected cloud burst drained water along the shed-roof line into the living space below -- only sheeting was down. The crew scrambled to cover the seam as I moved items away from the leaks, then the foreman came into the house and poked holes in the ceiling to make sure the water didn't pool in the ceiling and one of the workers mopped the floor. They were very apologetic, but I certainly couldn't blame them for Mother Nature's sense of humor. (They brought me lunch the next day!) The owner came and examined the work and damage. He assured me the company would make it good; they would continue and get the house rain-proofed right away. Continuing to the other side of the house, the dormer framing was discovered to be rotted and needed to be replaced. A covered porch also required new lumber. They were quick to get the needed materials (approximately a 90 mile round-trip for supplies), replace the framing and get the shielding installed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the jobsite at the end of each work day. The owner returned to finalize the needs for installation of the metal roofing, etc. We examined the ceiling damage and I agreed to have him send a painter to patch the holes and repaint the ceiling in the living and dining areas as opposed to negotiating a discount on the total bill. After the roof was completed he again examined the work, then sent a clean-up again to insure that all metal / nails / roofing debris surrounding the house were gone. The painter contacted me and scheduled the painting time. He was meticulous at covering all walls and furnishings, including flooring. He spent a day doing the work. When the plastic was removed from the windows the lighting was much improved and it looked like another coat of paint would be required, but since it was still wet it was difficult to say. He ended up coming back a second time and spent another day, being as careful as he was the first time. I can't say enough good things about this company, particularly Nathan Perrenoud, and the efforts made to ensure customer satisfaction.

Very well. The only complication was the weather which delayed the start, but that's beyond their control.

The estimater showed up, measured the angle of the roof. I went inside for ~5 minutes and came out to find him putting his ladder back on his truck and he said he was finished. I asked him about our chimney flashing and the window on the back. He didn't see the window on the back meaning he must have not even walked around the house. He also didn't see the second chimney on the back of the house. His estimate was $5k more than the other estimate I had and he said he wouldn't do the job unless I had the chimney flashing fixed by a mason first. My feeling was he didn't spend enough time looking at the roof to get a true estimate.

After a good 30 years, my house needed a new roof. I had a few estimates, but they were by far the easiest to work with. They gladly met me at a downtown coffee shop to sign off on the final paperwork and schedule the reroofing job. The entire job took less than three days, day 1 had the old roof removed in a very clean and orderly fashion, and new felt laid down. Day two saw all of the flashing and 2/3 of the new roof attached, with a short follow up on day three for the remainder of the roof. We've received a number of complements on the look of the new roof.
