Now Remodeling, LLC

Now remodeling came out to give me a free quote. Their tech and salesman Tyler originally had a span of gutters over 35 ft with one down style and a second set that had a downspout which would have ended up putting my walkway and driveway. He was extremely pushy in demanding a down payment in order for me to secure the lowest price. I mention that I wasn't ready for gutters and still had my house to paint. We came to an agreement that I would contact them when I was done painting, give them my gutter color choice and schedule a date for installation. After finishing the house paint I contacted a gutter company for a second quote. I decided to go with this more detailed and thorough quote. I contacted now remodeling to inform them I wanted to cancel my contract. Tyler informed me that I was not entitled to any of my down payment back. He claimed additional work was done that had not been done, this included work done in my free estimate. He breached his contract and falsified information to collect more than the 15% they were entitled to. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.

We battled this company during installation and after. We are 3 years now and the roof is leaking around flashings. We will start the battle again. Deer Park.

We had Now Remodeling come out to give us a quote to remove old roof, underlayments, and install all new underlayments and new 50 year rated Owens Corning asphalt shingles, along with new roof peak venting and silicone based vents. The install crew were very respectable with our yard and garden areas, laying tarps to cover everything and catch 90% of the removal and nails. They installed the new roof in a very timely manner, and were extremely detail oriented. Once, completed, they walked the entire roof several times, to make sure it was complete, took me around from the ground and explained the various things in the job, and picked up all their trash and nails. The installation process was very smoothly run, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a referral.

I needed some Gutter ran in the back of my house I hired this company as I knew nothing about gutters or about the pricing he then contracted to someone else who sent their people out who laughed at me for paying what I paid and then quoted me an actual price I was robbed other than collecting payment the gentleman that I dealt with had no part in this except picking up the phone and calling some contractors so for any future gutters I will be calling contractors.

Kalani and Tyler came to give us a presentation about windows. It was very informative and I felt like educated! Iâ m very confident in our decision to go with this company!

Siding looks great and was completed quickly once materials were received

9 months in, still waiting for the rest/correct windows. They didn't order two, and mis-ordered two (of 26). Zero communication, unless it is to do their paperwork so they can get paid. Shane and Grant are garbage. The windows are nice and the installation is adequate.

Bad from start to finish. No communication they showed up one day without notice and finally after 6 days the roof was done. They knocked 2 light fixtures out of the ceiling, broke the door jam in the bedroom and had to work with bedroom door to get it closed. After they put in the new venting neither bathroom fan worked I had to fix them myself which also consisted of cleaning out the debris and getting the fans to work again. Left lots of nails in the yard where we let the dogs out. Dislodged the furnace vent pipe and had to call out my furnace/Air conditioning people to fix but they did reimburse this bill. Someone fell on the deck awning and dented it in several places, my bad not going to make it right. Overall a very bad decision on my part for even going with this company. Too expensive and really not worth the money. One good thing the roof looks good. My advice don't use them find someone else I should have gone with my second choice. They did a couple roofs in this neighborhood and were done in 2 days and the roofs look great. Not really worth even 1/2 a star.

I ordered two screen doors for my 4-plex apartment complex on January 9, 2021. I was told that it would take up to 8 weeks, but they would be in contact weekly to keep me updated. To date, the only contact has been through my calls to the service rep. They did get the measurements, and I am assured that they were ordered. I was told two weeks ago that they should arrive last week. Still no screen doors or calls. Not a good way to run a business.

Very informative before deciding. The roofing crew were thourough, professional, punctual, and friendly. 50 yr warranty on product and install a real winner.

Richard was extremely helpful in giving us a reasonable rate. The Installer was in and out with no problem. Love my new gutters. Thanks guys!!

Very professional from start to finish. The roofing and gutter installers were thorough. They even installed an additional last minute snow break which wasnâ t big deal to them. The customer service was amazing from beginning to end.

A great experience.

The sales guy was nice. It took them two weeks after I place my order to come and measure for the door, and that was only after I called them to find out what was going on. I placed my order in June and my door went in in October. Not once in all of that time did NOW Remodeling contact me with an update. All contact with this company was initiated by me, we the exception of getting their final payment. They used the COVID pandemic as their excuse for their poor customer service. Even after the door was received the installer had to make major adjustments to get it to fit. The door is top quality, is it worth the price I paid, not sure yet. But it is a tighter seal than the old one.

Them have trust and have good support

The sales team came to our home, showed us the samples, discussed our old home's issues, and the price was comparable to 2 other companies. Not the cheapest but we felt quality workmanship is most important. However, they used a subcontractor, we were not aware that they were not the actual installers. They did say they would not have any price increases, even if something unexpected came up, and they stuck with that. Grateful for that because we had to replace clear down to the plywood, and had a little extra problem or two, and the weather was a delaying factor. In the end, the roof looks great, and the Corning roofing has good warranty, but the soffett didn't get replaced with new so it could've looked better. The crew on the job didn't have good time management, according to neighbors watching when we were not onsite, and left things around on the ground for a few days before cleaning up thoroughly.

Very happy with their work & product

I haven't received anything yet and no one is keeping up to date on what is going on. They were quick to charge my account for the down payment but I would like someone to call me. Also no one has come out to measure.
