What I've learnt is that Northwest Spa & Pool does their own rebuild on motors, where a lot of them would simply replace the whole thing, so you are already at $250 right off the bath. That seems to be a good idea. So far so good. I got very good advice on how to maintain the spa. So I go back there for chemicals for that reason. That was the best part of the whole deal. I had a pretty good experience. The only thing I noticed is how to clean the spa. He cleaned the spa but it seemed like probably I could have received the fuller service on that part; replacing filters and stuff. I don't actually know that I was charged for that. What I asked got done and all appears to work. The biggest issue I've had was scheduling in getting them out here. If I was in a rush it could have been a problem. Once they came it was fine and their professionalism was good.

I called the company to schedule a date to come out to my residence to winterize my pool. They were at the house in a matter of days, perforformed the service in a timely manner. Very friendly serviceman.

I used Northwest Spa & Pool about a month ago, when they repaired a leak. I think they are a good service company. They aren't as expensive as other companies in our area, and I think they do a good job. I plan to use them again.
