Movher

Estimator arrived on time and looked at items that needed moved. She said they don't normally move pianos, but ours was small and there shouldn't be a problem. She seemed to have a problem estimating the length of time needed for the move; she started off at four and a half hours and then went to six and finally said six and a half. We were moving in December and she was concerned about how the roads might be. I asked about the senior discount mentioned on Angie's List and she shined that off. The hourly rate seemed quite reasonable. The movers showed up as scheduled and were quite professional and friendly. They worked hard and didn't milk the clock. Once they saw the piano they told me they couldn't move it without potentially damaging it. After calling back to the office, they told me they could get a piano mover out that day for an additional $140 which I declined. Items were moved to our new house and placed where we wanted them. They went over the estimated hours, but not by much. The roads were clear and the weather good during our move. I'd say this is a good moving company, but not quite great. If Angie's List allowed for A-, that's what I'd give them.

Moving services provided. Puntual and more then enough guys to do the job efficiently. The estimator was acurate with regards to the trucks/vans needed and the number of guys to keep things moving smoothly. The guys were professional, courteous, cheerful and seemed to have fun working with one another. They were happy to assist with setting up furniture that was dismantled for the move.

I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere for their moving needs! Ian and his crew moved all of our stuff (tons, and a piano!) into a 1908 house with three floors and lots of stairs. I have never seen such cheerful movers! No matter what obstacle, they figured it out. They were so careful with everything, and put it all where we wanted it. I made a mistake, and had to have them haul a heavy desk downstairs that they had just taken upstairs, and they laughed like it was no big deal!! We thought they were beyond great and are so happy we chose them! Thank you Ian and your two great guys!!!

This moving company is really a cut above the rest! We had at least six college age men as well as a couple of men who were drivers or operation managers show up in loading day. They were quick and loaded two large trucks in about three hours. Six of these guys then drove all of our stuff to our new house 170 miles away and unloaded everything in 2.5 hours. They placed things where we wanted them and continually asked if we needed anything else moved around in new house. The best part was how great they worked together! The joked around, no complaining and seemed happy to be working hard (not something you see a lot in today's youth). I would/have recommended them and will use them again if need be!

My experience overall went great. They were wonderful The staff made sure to be careful with our things and were very professional. The pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

The movers arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. They finished earlier than expected. They did everything we requested they do and remained pleasant and energetic the entire time. I would definitely use this company again. They are much better than both of the moving companies I used about 2 years ago and also one year ago.

They were great. Four college guys that quickly got to work and got everything out of the house. They did load some of the wrong things from the garage but my fault should have been directing which was to go and which was not. They were professional and fun and really did work hard to get it done quickly. The storage unit was a challenge due to the size and how much I had. The person from Movhers that quoted me told me to rent a 10x20 but with the full truck load it was a push to get it all in. stacked to the roof. We got done just past what I had been quoted and it was a very good experience overall. I will be using them again in about a month to move all into my new house.

They packed the truck in less than 2 hours - 3 men. Very professional: all business, extremely courteous, efficient. The trip was 328 miles round trip. The furniture was stored overnight, and a second crew unloaded the next day. These men were also hardworking, and willing to move furniture around so I was satisfied with the arrangement. The price was less than the estimate: a pleasant surprise. Everything was moved with no damage. Unloading took less than 3 hours. Great job!

This was the best $250 I have ever spent. Three guys showed up and got right to work. They moved all our boxes and furniture, loaded, and packed our moving truck in under 2 hours. Nothing was damaged and the truck was packed very well. Anyone in Spokane looking for someone to help with their move should hire this company. Awesome, fast service.

Best moving experience we've had after experiencing over 15 major moves. Very professional and friendly. Extremely easy to work with. They went out of there way to make sure all items were protected and secured for movement. We experienced no damage as a result.

They were fabulous. They did everything they said they were going to. They sent someone out to go over all the items that needed moving. They called afterwards to see if everything went okay. The man that came out to do the estimate was spot on, and the owner was terrific. She explained all of the legal aspects in to me, and not in a forceful way. She was just informative. Overall they did a terrific job and nothing was broken when it arrived at the apartment.

I thought the prices were high but I didn't compare them to anybody. I guess I'd say they're reasonable. They were friendly, prompt, courteous, and had good people skills.

Sabrina and her team are simply awesome. Sabrina was a delightful person with whom to work. She has an aura about her that puts you at ease, and her easygoing attitude helped put my worries to rest. I should also mention that we have two huge German Shepherds, one of which is still a juvenile, and acts like one, yet Sabrina, and her lady packer crew were understanding. They packed my kitchen so efficiently, it was simply amazing to watch them work. I even had forgotten about the clean dishes in the dishwasher, and sure enough, they didn t! NOTHING was broken because of the extreme care the ladies had put into packing. On the day of the move itself, Sabrina s moving crew were at the house before 8, and started promptly at 8. I have to say that you couldn t tell this was work for the 8-men crew. The bantering that went on showed exactly what I had perceived in conversation with Sabrina and her partner : she takes great care of her people. And this meant a whole lot to us as those people are young college students putting themselves through school. The camaraderie and good sense of humor were so catching. Companies out there should take heed of how Sabrina cares for her employees and customers. The moving crew was completely out of this world, in a good way : not only were they happy-go-getter (imagine lifting 2 book boxes at a time, each filled to the brim with heavy books, and heavy bedroom sets from the basement, or a 500 pound safe, or even an upright piano, and still laughing and having a good time), they were so very courteous, professional, and down right helpful beyond what would normally be expected of them : taking furniture apart at the old house, putting it back together, and placing them where *I* wanted, volunteering to vacuum the floor before the rugs were put down, etc. They even took off their shoes in the new house, fearing that they might scratch the floor!! Of course, I made them put them back on. I have to say, these young men were more careful with our furniture, rugs, etc. than I would have been, and I m a type A personality. I was dreading this move, but thanks to Sabrina and her crew, everything went so well, and I don t remember ever laughing this much during a move. In short, if you want a professional, courteous company to help you move, MovHer is your best choice. Not only would you be hiring THE BEST, you will also help a local business help our college kids. Overall, this is an A+ company : price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and heart, MovHer can t be beaten. If we ever had to move again, we will always call Sabrina s MovHer first.

We had a great experience with Movher! We had wanted a few larger items (listed above) moved a distance of about six miles. Movher did the job at a couple of days notice with everything arriving at our new home in perfect condition. We had a quick pre-move visit from Sabrina to provide a no-obligation quote. On the day, the two movers actually came early (having called to check that we were ready to go ahead). They were cheerful, courteous and went straight to work. I especially appreciated them taking care to plastic-wrap our antique furniture and strap it securely to the inside of the van. At the new house, they made sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. The job took 30 minutes longer than expected, but there really was no time wasted at all so that was totally reasonable from my point of view. The follow-up note was much appreciated as well. Sabrina and her team are a class act!

They were excellent. Their customer service was very good, and the woman who owns the company said that their goal is to be the Nordstrom of moving companies. They were very pleasant people and we had a great experience.

The move went without a hitch without any damage to any of my belongings or the home. Great move, went quick, and without a hitch. Highly recommend!

The crew was fabulous! A long-time crew member was accompanied by another person who identified himself as a college student. They worked together very, very, well. They seemed to also enjoy each other as well as the experience itself. They were prompt, very courteous and extremely professional. The move went very smoothly without any problems whatsoever. I would absolutly call upon Movher in the future.

Jerry provided estimate on Wednesday. He was professional on the phone and in person, also very punctual for estimate appointment. Also spoke to Sabrinia to confirm appointment she was professional. Three men arrived on Saturday morning and did a great job. Highly recommend this company. I found them through Angie's List. From Sabrina Jones first phone conversation to her coming after the move to see how things went it was a great experience. Having a site supervisor was wonderful; although the workers were so professional there was no need. I wish I could come up with some negative but I can't. Well, I wasn't as organized as I should have been but that isn't their problem. The team was flexible when my husband added more boxes to the move. They even helped to get the new refrigerator in the kitchen for us. I am totally comfortable giving the company a full recombination. Loved it...just wish I could have kept them for a couple days to unpack and help with the final placement for the furniture although I do believe that is what husbands are for.

wThe move was handled perfectly. The movers worked carefully and quickly. They were very kind, considerate and careful. The wrapped many pieces of furniture. When we git to my rented storage locker that already had things in it they had to rearrange the entire locker to make everything fit. The entire service was outstanding. It could not have been better. Movher is an excellent company and I will use them again. These people are the Nordstroms of ,movers and there is no extra cost for the personal service.

The owner Sabrina came to my house and reviewed the load. Her estimate was right on for time and people. We communicated several times via email and was very understanding when we had to postpone the move at least three times.
