+ -1 morePoorly. Over time and way over budget. System has never worked as advertised and Moser-to this day-refuses to stand behind their work. Employees are amazingly rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. Had a particularly startling encounter with their secretary after simply trying to schedule routine maintenance. Have never witnessed such rude and unprofessional behavior from any employee of any organization I have ever done business with...ever. There is a reason why all of the best installers from years past have left Moser to start their own business. Do NOT hire Moser if you are planning an in-floor radiant system. Trust me, you'll spend way more and receive a poorly designed system that they might not stand behind if a component fails.
