+ 2 morePerfect service. Mike can fix anything except issues with natural gas. Prices are lower than anyone else. Very courteous. Explained how to fix some of the simpler issues myself in the future. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

Description of Work: Mike has been a big help to me. He has painted our house and also painted the inside trim. He does excellent work. He has also done plumbing for me and some electrical. He is hard to get sometimes because of his schedule but when he does get here he gives me his whole attention to detail. I am pretty fussy so this is saying a lot about him.

+ -1 moreMike arrived right on time, as usual, and determined what type of timer would work best to replace our old sprinkler system timer which had quit working after about 40 years. He went to the store and purchased the new timer (without charging us for his driving/shopping time). He quickly installed and set it up to work properly, and it has been working great for us ever since. Mike has done several plumbing and electrical repair jobs in our home, and we have been extremely pleased with all of his work. Mike always arrives on time and, while being very kind and friendly, quickly assesses the problem, gets the work done, and is on his way in no time. His prices are always very fair and affordable (on one occasion, he just explained how we could easily do the work ourselves, and charged us nothing at all). He is like having a handyman friend arrive to help in your time of need. We recently had a weekend plumbing emergency, and he came to our rescue within 15 minutes! We would very highly recommend him to anyone.

+ 0 moreThe handyman is great. He does pretty much anything as far as home repairs. He is absolutely 100% trustworthy. He mostly goes by references like people referring him. That's how he advertises. I can walk away and leave him in my house. I am perfectly comfortable as his work is always excellent and always guaranteed. He is very responsive. I can call him and he can get there depending on what his schedule is. He is really easy to work with. He can do just about anything I ask him. He has promised to help me all the time. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
Description of Work: I use the services of Mike's Home Repair for handyman work all the time and Mike Retovich is the handyman. He comes out 2 or 3 times a year. He did all the repair work for the windows and walls in October.
