We had a bad experience with them. Every question we asked the answer was yea, yea. And we asked him the difference between the engineer floor, the solid hard wood floor, what would be a criteria, would you use it, wouldn't you use it. And his answer was just fine, it would be great. What we thought we were buying is not what they actually put in to order. Days before our installer was to install it my husband opened the box and this isn't the wood we ordered. We called them and told then we were going to bring it back and they said there would be a twenty-five percent restocking fee. First he said we don't want you to bring it back, wait until after the first of the year. We said we needed to have it installed before the first of the year. They said if we waited until after the first we would get a whole refund. My husband brought it back on January first or second and then they charged us the twenty-five percent restocking fee. Here it was their mistake. They did not order the wood that we ordered. They ordered something else. The guy was Mike Morgan. If you are not a contractor and you don't already know everything about carpentry and woodwork, don't go there. They do not help you. We relied on them to tell us, they didn't. Every answer was so vague and a catch all. They didn't want to be specific on anything. They just wanted to sell it to you and get you out of there. They treated us like we were unwelcome and intruders and they were all exasperated with us for asking questions. It was a horrible experience. After all that they still made us pay two hundred and some dollars for the box that we had opened.
