Living Water Lawn & Tree Care

They're a very ethical company. I've used them before. I got off their service while I was kind of looking around but I went back to them because I still think they did the best deal for what they're doing and I just feel that they're trustworthy.

They were extremely responsive in both coming the same day as I called for an estimate and returning within two days to do the work. Won't know how effective it is until later in the year but we were impressed with the professionalism.

From the quote given to me by Nathan and the service team that did the work, all were friendly, and professional. I received a 10% senior discount too. Am very happy with the results and have scheduled them to provide lawn services in the spring. Highly recommend.

I called for a bid and within 2 hours Nathan came and gave me a bid and even though I thought it was a bit high; We have a very large yard/field 1 acre plus with many leafy trees,pine needles etc. We went ahead and scheduled. Living water arrived at 8:30am with a crew of 7 and did a thorough clean up leaving at 11:30am. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely have them come back.

It was fine. I think they are expensive, but I've used Living Water for a number of years now. I appreciate the fact that they keep gates closed. Although this last month, I had to close one of the gates and still need to talk to them about that. The organic fertilizer makes my grass look great and I don't worry about pets or kids in the lawn as much.

Well at first, the initial visit with the gentleman (PAT) went great, he told me what my options were and gave me solutions to my problems. I ended up signing up for about $500 for weed control services. He said someone will call me to arrange times to come out. Well I never got a call and about a week later a guy shows up, out of the blue, to do weed control. We had no idea he was coming so my dogs were out barking at him as yelled at them. My son was home so he locked the dogs up and the guy finished his service and left a bill with the wrong name and didn't perform the services I signed up for. In addition, they require 4 days access to property, which nobody explained to me prior to me agreeing to service. They only reason they get a C for responsiveness is because the gale on the phone was helpful and canceled my service. I was not happy and she apologized. There's a huge gap in the level of customer service from the initial estimate compared to the guys that actual do the work. I will NEVER go back to them again.

My experience with them was good. Their service price was reasonable. Their service turned out great. They were able to get out here pretty fast. Their demeanor and customer service was very good.

They do all sorts of sprays and also consult on lawn care issues. They are priced competitively. I have used them for years and I don't think anyone else can do better.

Living Water comes monthly during spring, summer, and fall. They spray our entire lawn (it's big) with fertilizer and herbicide. They also apply other treatments at the right time for our area. Our lawn has never looked better. I have already paid for the 2013 season, which will begin soon.

Our landscaping was fairly new five years ago when we moved to Spokane from Seattle, and we didn't have a clue how to keep in healthy in this harsher, four-season climate. LIving Water to the rescue! Their services for our lawn, trees, and shrubs, have made our yard, front and back, a source of pride and enjoyment for our family. Service is always prompt and techs helpful and friendly, always willing to answer questions and give advice when asked. I have asked them to call ahead due to our dogs, and they have faithfully made that advance call every time. I highly, highly recommend this quality company if you want a great yard and a reasonable price with great service.

They even coordinate with by email because I got a fenced backyard with a six foot fence and I came home one day and they got a man that jumped the fence trying to get in because I had it locked so now they email me the day before they come and I leave the gate open for them. I am pleased with everything with them.

We are really happy with their services because they saved the tree. They came back and followed up, which we liked.

This company offers a year long plan, the price varying according to the services received. I have compared them to many other companies in the area and there prices are quite a bit lower. I have been with this company for many years and i find their service is as good, or beter than others I have used. If you are not satisfied with their service, contact the office and they will take care of the problem. Usually, they will contact the customer one day prior to their service.

They do an excellent job. I'd recommend them to anybody. It makes me feel good to be able to say something good about a company like theirs.

Living Water has excellent employees. We were noticing a lot of spiders but hadn't done anything about it. During one application of fertilizer, an employee knocked on our door to tell us that he had seen a lot of spiders around our childrens sandbox. We signed up for the spider spray that day!

I am on a seasonal plan with Living Water Lawn and Tree Spray for pest control services. They come spring through fall to our home to spray for pest. The quality of work is good and the staff is punctual and professional. I will continue to use this company.

I pay ahead of time for the whole year. We actually did some business with another company that didn’t do a good job and our lawn was not looking good. We tried Living Waters and we have been using them for over 10 years.

Overall, I have thought they are very good. They are an ethical company.

We had a tree that was dying because it had a fungus. This company came out and sprayed it and the thing is thriving. They diagnosed the problem, treated the tree and told us how to water it. It is a big tree so we were very happy with them. I am a big fan of theirs. They also treated another tree. I will use them again in the future.

They are very polite and very respectful of the yard and everything. They do a great job.
