+ -1 moreIt was a little complicated and I had an architect to do the plans. I hired Legacy to do the build out and they have been wonderful. If you want to see what he did at my house get my number.

Description of Work: Rob McElroy was suggested by our architect to be one of our bidders. We were very impressed by Rob. He is organized and communicates very well, telling us what to expect and when. All of the subcontractors, while here, at some time said how they liked to work with Rob. They knew what we were learning, that Rob is very good at what he does. My husband and I highly recommend LEGACY for your construction jobs. + 2 moreWe initially met with the contractor (Rob McIlverny) to explain our desire for the project. He was a very careful listener and was able to make suggestions to improve the efficiency of the project. He outlined all of his work in a detailed contract. We are paying him in stages at various completion points and thus far are VERY pleased with all of his work. Rob finished his work just as specified and easily passed inspection.
Description of Work: We had three basement egress windows put in, had an unfinished storeroom finished (but not painted or floor covering), and has a bedroom ceiling and exterior wall replaced. The contractor (Rob McIlverny) was exceptionally good in every aspect including clean-up. I would not hesitate to use him again for any building/remodelng project.
