Landon mud jacked several sections to re-level the patio. Landon and Pat then resealed all the joints and cracks. They finished with a top coating, resealing the entire patio. They breathed new life into a 23 year old patio at a fraction of the cost to have it replaced. It turned out better than I had hoped. You cannot even see the holes Landon had to drill to do the mud jacking. Very pleasant hard working young men.

Not only lifted the section that was in the bid but also lifted part of the driveway and another section of sidewalk at no cost. I had tried to lift this by myself and only managed to chip two big spots of concrete that looked really bad. He fixed both sections for me without even mentioning it. Excellent workmanship and care.

Due to the wind storm we had neither power nor water so Landon , the owner,supplied both without complaint or extra charge. the entry pad had sunk about 2 inches nearest the cabin, causing any rain or snow melt to drain toward the cabin , saturating our lower exterior wood siding and sending water into our partially finished basement. He lifted the pad gradually ,without any cracking, nearest the cabin , so any water now runs off away from the cabin and foundation. Landon was friendly, professional and efficient, explaining any questions thoroughly.

We contacted Kodiak in an emergency situation and Landon was outstanding. We had major tile work scheduled to start in our master bathroom on Monday when we discovered on the previous Tuesday that there was a gap of several inches between the slab and the gravel bed below with numerous significant cracks in the concrete floor. We were not comfortable with the structural situation for laying tile and supporting a tub in that situation. I called Landon and he came to estimate the job on Wednesday afternoon. He accommodated our tight schedule and did the pumping on Friday. He was able to fill the void by pumping the slurry mix into it and that provided support for the slab. Very professional and punctual. Great price too! Definitely would recommend Kodiak!

We were very pleased with the results. Landon was very professional. When he arrived for the estimate he explained the process in step by step detail. As he performed the work he was very careful not to get concrete on our siding. He cleaned up his work area very nicely when he finished the work. The final cost was actually a little under his estimate!

We did not work with them but the gentleman who owns it came by and did a fantastic job of education and everything else. He is conscientious and made sure I understood all the options available and gave me some recommendations on alternatives. I would work with him in a heartbeat under the right circumstances. It turned out I did not need the services he provides.

We've been looking at other work he's done so we're going to have him come out. He does a really good job. We've talked to people and have seen pictures of the work he's done and he did a really good job for other people. So when we're ready to do it, he's the one we are going to call.

This company consists of one person, but he was easy to get a hold of and promptly called back. I scheduled an appointment for services and he was a little late due to business generated from previous weekend Home Show, but he did call to say he was delayed. Since a previous estimate had already be done he got started right away. Everything turned out great and our garage door now seals completely at the bottom. He did discount the estimate due to part of the driveway being bound up on something when he tried to lift it. He explained that the temperature was not optimal to seal the driveway cracks so he would come back at a later date to finish. He left the areas where he worked clean so I didn't have anything further to do other than put my garage items back. I didn't really know how long the process was going to take and I guess I should have asked in the beginning so I could have planned better, but I really have no complaints.

The owner looked at the repair I was told I needed, and said the situation isn't as bad as previously reported. He recommended a different repair that I can do myself, saving me unnecessary expenses. He was honest to tell me the truth, when he could have done some work that I was planning on having to have done. The only drawback was that I had to call a few days after the scheduled site review to see what he found (I'm not in the city at this time). He didn't seem to have gone by the house on the day he said he would, and didn't until I called to check on the status of the estimate.

On the day he planned to arrive, he ran late from a previous job and I was waiting and not knowing when he would arrive. He did show up and he still was able to complete the job by that evening. Every thing was cleaned up and he even patched a spall on the floor with some left over grout.

Landon Lybbert of Kodiak Concrete Lifting leveled our walkway between the driveway and front entry steps. Besides adjusting the slopes of the walkway portions, he had to balance the angle of the driveway on one end of the walkway with the flat edge of the entry steps on the other. The finished result looks terrific. The concrete is exposed aggregate, yet the hole-filling and edge-mating material that was added blends very well with the original appearance. He also leveled two concrete patio pads in the backyard. The cost was quite reasonable, and Landon was extremely professional. We would highly recommend Kodiak's services to anyone with broken, sagging, or uneven concrete.
