They sold me a house that wasn't even available and made me stay in a motel till it was ready. I OWNED the house, but the other people were STILL there. They must have been on drugs because they wouldn't even answer the door. The reality company didn't care. I had to bring up the point that I had nowhere else to stay, and I had to demand that they cost. After I finally got the house, everything was filthy. I had to get the reality company to come back over to clean, but even that was a struggle and they did a terrible job. I've had to replace most everything in the house! I wrote a complaint to the owner and the board of realtors. In another state they would have lost their license.

From first contact to final closing, Cindy Hicks was phenomenal! We looked at several homes online (since we lived in Norway) and, when I expressed interest in a handful of them, Cindy contacted me right away. She even set us up with Keller-Williams' online software so that we could input our criteria and browse long-distance. During our very first week in town (I work at Fairchild AFB) Cindy spent 2 full days showing us 16 homes. She listened. She got to know us - our interests, opinions, likes and dislikes. It seemed to us that we were the only real estate clients in the world and that Cindy was devoted to us 24/7. She was thoroughly professional but she also felt like family. At the end of our second full day of house-hunting, we put in an offer which was accepted. And, boy, Cindy went into overdrive! She made dozens of phone calls to the buyer's agent, promptly answered every question we had, arranged the home inspection, the appraisal, everything. She made this the best home-buying experience we've ever had.
