+ -1 moreOverall the installation went well - I feel that that the quality of the largest piece of carpet wasn't that great (for the price). I also feel that there was little or no effort to make the cut efficient which left me with a large piece of extra carpet. Home Depot did a much better job with a more difficult area (uneven hallway and stairs). I have not used her services again. I am actually unsure of the dates involved as it was sometime ago.
Description of Work: Brought samples to the house. I choose from the samples. But she seemed in a hurry and I felt pressured to make a decision right then and there.

+ -1 moreTHE CARPET WAS INSTALLED ON TIME, WHEN PROMISED. TOM WAS THE WORKER WHO WAS VERY NICE AND WORKED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. KATHY WAS ALSO GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED AND HAD CARPETING INSTALLED FOR THE LOWER LEVEL OF OUR NEW HOME.
