They were very responsive and we would have gone with them, but they turned down the job because of the time involved to do the job right. They did give us some good advice and they were very honest, which we appreciated.

The contractor came over and took measurements for the bathroom tile job, then gave me the name and location of a store to choose the tile i wanted. I just had to go and pick what wanted, and the two parties communicated with each other regarding how much was needed, etc. The contractor removed the carpet and toilet himself, and a subcontractor came over the next day to start the job. He was finished on the following day, and the job was done beautifully. Everyone involved was punctual and friendly, and i was pleasantly surprised at the price. I will be using this contractor again - he seems to have working relationships with quality people.

Couldn't have gone better. Unfortunately we had to move due to a transfer of my husband's work. The condo sold in 10 minutes. It was a great job - new baths, doors and trim (here he shines), painting in and out, carpeting and ceramic tile floors, wall changes and furnace relocation which he supervised as the general contractor. His tile guy, painter are keepers too. Can't say enough good things about this fella. He is honest and reliable and will not over or underestimate a project. Currently setting up a complete whole house renovation for us and we could not be moreo pleased. Very quick and smart and just a lovely family guy. If you can get him, get him.

He is fabulous. I would recommend him highly to anybody. His price is really reasonable. He does really good quality work. He doesn't try to screw me over. He always takes care of the floors. He wears booties on the shoes. He works very considerately. He always cleans up. I will use him again in the future.

He is really good. He is an independent guy. He is an excellent contractor. I just love him. There is nothing that I dislike about him. He is on time; he gives good estimates and sticks to his estimate. He doesn't cheat and he is very honest even if it takes long. He is trustworthy and very reasonably priced. He has very good subcontractors.
