The install took nearly 11 hrs due to idiosyncrasies of the unit brand. The unit vendor had to be contacted to work out differences between the old unit and new one(same vendor). I am most appreciative of there diligence in completing the job. I would definitely use JLR Plumbing again

My hot water heater was leaking and on its last leg, I posted on a angi list of my problem, he responded within minutes, got a appointment the next day, he was early to the appointment, very professional and knowledgeable, hot water heater is in the basement with multiple stairs inside and outside, did I mention he was by himself, i volunteered to help but he said I got this, replaced hot water heater and water pressure regulator, in a very timely manner, I cannot be more satisfied!!!!!!! John called me within 20 minutes of my Angi post and came out the same day to do the fix. Our water heater was venting water out of the pressure relief valve. John quickly determined that the issue was the pressure regulator on the main water line. He explained the issues that occur with too high of water pressure and answered all my questions. He finished the job quickly and left the work area clean. Excellent service.

John responded by phone gave quote arrived on time with all parts, fast very friendly explained what he did and removed old water heater checked for leaks and recommended a pressure relief valve as we had too excessive water pressure and pipes rattled every time washing machine turned on and off now no more banging pipes. So much better.
