Andy gave three possible ways to repair failed roof and went thru the pros and cons of them all. He had pictures of all the problems so we could see that they were. We decided to go with the re-roof and discussed materials and how the work was to be done. The weather was extremely bad during the time and the job had to be postponed several times, but eventually it got done & we are pleased. They cleaned up the site and workers were all polite.

Parts of my 20 year-old roof had gone south very quickly in the last two years and needed desperately to be replaced. When Adam came out to give an estimate, he spent all the time necessary to explain what he recommended to make the next roof last longer and protect my home in the long run. He also identified a sag in my roof that was caused by broken rafters from the big snows of Winter '08. He helped with photos and information necessary to complete a homeowners insurance claim for the rafter repair, even working directly with my insurance company to respond to their concerns. I needed to replace all the fascia and raingutters on the home as well; and he coordinated quotes with the contractors for those and worked with them to ensure all work was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. When the crew got here, they were professional and efficient. When I had any questions during the process, both Adam and the crew were very responsive. I am very glad I chose Jimmy's roofing to do this work for me.

Jimmy's Roofing was prompt, very polite (I was treated rudely by a few other roofing companies in the area during my initial inquiries). They were exactly on time or even a little early for all of our planning appointments. The estimate process went very quickly and was presented to me in a clear and professional manner with all the info organized into a three-ring binder and all my questions answered immediately. I was also provided with a stack of impressive references from other former clients of their's. The roofing process itself began exactly on time and finished up a little early. The roof looks great and I was able to secure an offer on my house shortly even in this down economy. Jimmy's is a first-class roofing company that I would not hesitate using again.

Jimmy's Roofing was professional, prompt, and competent. The individual who provided the estimate thoroughly investigated potential issues. This included inspecting the attic to identify a problem source, which another estimating company did not bother to do. They were able to start (and finish) the project quickly. The individual who performed the work arrived on time and already had full knowledge of the course and scope of the contracted work. After completing the work, he also explained what he had done. This work was performed recently, and I have not climbed onto the roof to closely inspect the final results--but, thus far, everything appears to have been fixed completely and permanently. Overall, both individuals were polite and appropriatelly knowledgeable. I would guess that my repair work was probably a small-to-medium size project for roofing repair. They nevertheless treated me and the project like my business was important to them. I would use Jimmy's Roofing again, including for larger roofing jobs, and would recommend them to others.

They said that we didn't need to replace the roof yet and that we have at least 5 years on it. I didn't get the sense that they were trying to generate business for themselves when we didn't need a roof.

It was an excellent experience. They did very careful work on our nearly 100-year-old house and garage. They cleaned up all debris every night, even removing the dumpster daily to avoid blocking our narrow driveway and street. The crew protected all our landscaping, arrived early every morning and worked very long days until the job was completed. They were courteous, pleasant, and very respectful of our property.
