Jimmy's Roofing was excellent, very professional, and we had full confidence in the crew that did the work, particularly in the way they respected the integrity of a 100-year-old house. They kept the work area remarkably clean and protected all of the landscaping. We highly recommend them.

I will not even bother to call Jimmys Roofing again. While the quote was reasonable they did not do any followup.

I don't know where to start! What an awesome company! Very professional. From Kristi in the office to the salesman, Adam to Patrick and his crew. They were all so friendly and helpful (and patient as I picked out the color of my new shingles)! Adam came to inspect the existing roof and went into the attic and on the roof. He took pictures so I understood everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. The crew arrived one morning (on time!) and got right to work. They had to remove the old roof and replace several boards before they could strart the new roof. There was no loud talking or swearing, no loud radio's. Just hard work. They completed the job by three the next day and cleaned up everything. There was no evidence they had even been here. They even swept off my front porch while cleaning up! The cost was very reasonable and lower than many other's I had looked into. Worth every dime! I highly recommend Jimmy's Roofing! Spokane Valley, WA.

Adam, the general manager of Jimmy's Roofing, came to the house to see what was needed and thoroughly discussed options and answered all my questions. After he worked up the quote, he brought it to me at work and went over it with me. His quote included photos of our current roof to indicate where damage was and where additional venting was needed. The crew that came to do the work was professional and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves everyday. Our experience with Jimmy's Roofing was fantastic all around. I feel we got a very good value and quality work. I have already recommended them to others.

The estimate and the discussion for selection of services was very timely. The scheduling of the start of the project was easy and fit into our needs. Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not cooperate as we would have hoped, but the needed rescheduling was accomplished to fit our needs. Once they started with the tear off I was totally surprised that it took less time than anticipated and the clean up done by the crew was outstanding. We had a need to not have any of the tear off go over the fence to the neighbor's yard even though we were very close to the property line. Except for a few errant pieces of roofing, nothing went over to their house and the crew cleaned up the neighbor's yard to a pristine condition. The crew did not have direct access to our house with their waste trailer and had to manually carry the debris, and they still completed before anticipated. Once the installation began I was again surprised at the rapid completion of every aspect of the installation, again completing earlier than I had anticipated. The crew was friendly, professional, courteous, and the foreman was excellent in communicating with us how things were going, the timelines, and the methods they were doing to make the installation. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have had with the installation of a roof. While I don't anticipate any issues with the roof, I know that if something comes up they will resolve it because the estimator reinforced the need to keep in touch with them if we needed anything.

They did a good job. It was the first time we've ever had a roof done so we didn't have any comparison. They got it done in time and didn't make a mess.

I contacted Jimmy's roofing following an energy audit on my home which recommended improving my attic ventilation. I picked Jimmy's Roofing based on reports I read on Angie's List. Adam Christen, General Manager, contacted me the next day and arranged to look at my roof. Within two days days, he emailed me a detailed proposal, along with pictures of what the job would entail. After a follow up phone call to answer a few questions I had about the proposal, Adam was able to have a two man crew at my house a few days later to perform the work. The crew install 5 ridge vents, removed the existing vents, along with a powered roof fan, patched the holes and re-shingled the repaired areas in one day. I really appreciated that after installing the first ridge vent, they showed me what the finished ridge vents would look like to make sure it was what I expected. The crew was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They did a great job cleaning up all debris from the job before they left. The finished job looks great!

They did it right the first time, too bad I did not go to them first. They were fast and the price was reasonable. They were quick to come to the house for an estimate and it took them only half a day to get the work done.

They fixed a leaking chimney on my roof. They did a great job and at the price they quoted. They also completed the job in the time frame they said they would.

I would be very careful when contacting this company about any potential jobs you may be looking into because this was a surprise fee to us when we received the bill for them to just look at our roof.

They replaced the sheathing underneath the roof. Their price was reasonable. Their service was excellent. They were neat, tidy and fast.

Jimmy's crew showed up punctually and in uniform. They performed the job in a timely manner and were very professional in both appearance and conduct. The job was done completely to our satisfaction and the clean up was phenomenal. The price was a bit higher than our other estimates but the warranty was better and based on the job that they did I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again in the future.

The price was around $5000 for their services. They were very professional and they got the job done ahead of time. They did quality work and the clean up was good. They did a great job. We had three estimates and they were kind of right in the middle. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

We had used them years before. They did an excellent job. They were quick to respond and came right out. They did everything you could imagine or ask them to do. It was raining but they came right out and did the work. We had a major problem and the pricing was very reasonable for what they did. We could not ask for better service. I would use their services again without hesitation.

I had difficulty in finding anyone that would undertake the repair job to my roof because of its apparent scope. One of the bids I had didn't come close to completing the job with a finished look. My two large chimneys needed a lot of attention; the flashing and roofing surrounding them was in question and needed to be removed. The valley that ran between the two chimneys needed to be reworked as well. The finished product is quite impressive. In addition to the normal ice and water shield used, Jimmy's installed an 80 mil PVC product around the chimneys, basically shrink wrapping them. They then installed new flashing around the chimneys that looks better than the original construction did. And they did an excellent job of blending old and new laminate shingles. I also had them add 50 foot of industrial grade heat tape in the area of the roof that typically gets ice dams.While I feel that the repair cost was high, it did take a two man crew 3 1/2 days and I don't think anyone else could have done the job any better. I guess you get what you pay for. I paid for piece of mind. I recommended that my mother get a bid from Jimmy's for her new roof needs.

We found them on Angie’s list. They were great. They took quite a bit of time to understand our situation. We had problems with not having proper ventilation in our attic area and they told us how they were going to fix that. Our initial consultation was very informative and positive. They were very efficient in the work they did. They finished the work in two days. They cleaned up everything. There was no mess left by them. The roof looks really good. They were good value for the money I paid. I rate them high overall.

There were other companies that had come and fixed the shingles but it was Jimmy's that figured out that a part of the roofing had not been sealed, and I have not had any problems since after they did the work. They were prompt and got the work done. They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up and didn't leave any mess behind. They came up with a solution that worked. They also told me where to go to get roofing tiles that would match my roof. They told me whom I should talk to there for the tiles. I think that I will use them again when I get around to doing my roof in the future.

This job was done in about a week. We had some weather issues, so they had to postpone a few days, but were always keeping us in the loop. Thy had some issues with the trailer that they use to take the debris way, but again, they always told us what was going on and that they would be back the next day etc to continue. Because of the steepness and all the gables and valleys on our roof, the cost was a bit more than a "normal" roof. Adam was also very helpful in working with the company we had install the gutters. We didn't have Jimmy's do the gutters because we chose the "Gutter Helmet" product and they don't use that. They worked with that company to make sure that it wouldn't do damage to the new roof they just installed. Adam and/Josh came out a couple times to work with the gutter folks with the installation issues. They went above and beyond their duties. Jimmy's were very careful to cover any plants etc that might get damaged during the process.

Job went well roofer took pictures to show us what the problem was and gave an estimate as to time/cost. Job was done in part of a day.

From the first phone contact where the receptionist is friendly and makes you feel they want your business to the last cleanup, the procedure went as it should. This company hires local people and they are all professional. Adam does his estimate thoroughly and doesn't just mail it to you, but instead will deliver it and go over the details of the quote. He will quote some different options and explain the difference in the materials and any work involved. The crew was always at the job when they said, and if they could not make it on time, they would call and advise of being late. They are extremely efficient and fast. They use first class materials and install the material in a manner that leads to longer life and better workmanship. You will struggle to find a better job or company.

Gave an original top amount promised not to exceed and came in 400.00 below that amount. cleaned up daily, very punctual and so far with all this rain--- NO more leaks. this was a new home for us--- upon moving in after the (short-sale) we discovered multiple leaks on our very tall log home-- Jimmy's came out and gaveus a bid and gave us a written contract which had a will not exceed this amound on it and they came in under it. Very nice. We were also considering them doing something else while they had their tall ladders here and they were willing-- but we put it off until later. They were very accommodating and professional.
