We met Jay at an Open House in Liberty Lake and were thrilled to then have him work with us. He went over and beyond in his research and keeping abreast of things for us, always making sure we were in the loop and knowing what each next step was--very good and prompt in his communications. He arranged things ahead of time and was always willing and ready to go with us, first showing us any/all the homes we requested plus some he knew about, and going with us each time a visit to the home we made an offer on was necessary or helpful, even rearranging his schedule to accommodate us, even when he lives clear across town. Jay really worked well for us and we are thrilled to now have that home he helped us buy!

The day I first met Jay Paulson I was a new resident of Spokane going to open houses in the valley. I was by myself since my wife and kids were still in Hawaii. I wanted to learn what the residential market was like here. Jay was stood out, from all the other agents I had met so far. He was willing to pursue my interests and needs while giving me valuable information on the trends of the local real estate market. He stood out by the fact he did not try push his own agenda rather did everything possible to help us to find what we wanted for our family. In addition to that he was very skilled in assisting us in our negotiations with the seller. If it was not for his work on our behave we would not have closed on our new house.
