Ivan did a great. He had great communication and availability to come do the job. We were on a tight timeline and he was able to come right away. He sent pictures of the work since I was not on-site. He also was able to fix a couple other things while there. I would highly recommend him.

Ivan (who is self employed) arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes (a broken ice maker). It was late in the day and he said he would get the part and return to install it the next AM. The next morning he called to tell me he was about 10 minutes away and when he arrived the repair was done in about 10-15 minutes. I was completely satisfied with his manner and his competence. He definitely earned his 5 stars.
