We have used Tony as our electrician for a few years now, and every time we are impressed with the high quality of service and communication. Very responsive to our calls, patiently explains what needs to be done until all is clear and our questions are answered fully. One of the best service people we've ever worked with.

He was so amazing. He was there in 30 minutes, and even came when he was on his own way home. He fixed everything quickly, and even took the time to go buy me three other smoke detectors because they started chirping while he was there. He came back the next day to install them. He went out of his way, and I can't say enough good things about him and the price was more than reasonable. I really appreciate that I could rely on him, and he's such a great guy. He went completely out of his way for a total stranger, and he didn't have to.
Description of Work: I called him late in the afternoon, about 5:30 pm and he came out to fix my smoke alarm and breaker for me.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony from Inland Electric. Tony came and did some work for us in October to fix assorted 3 way switches that weren't wired correctly, replace a fluorescent light in our closet, and install a dedicated outlet for our gas stove. He did a great job and we have been really pleased with the work. The big Nov. 17 windstorm knocked down two trees in our yard that took the electrical wire down with them. The wire pulled the entire electrical mast off of our house. This was particularly scary because we still had power on with the mast lying on the ground with a shattered meter. After calling Avista, I called Tony with Inland. He wasn't too far away and was able to come right over as we were his first emergency call of the big storm. Tony was so helpful in managing what could have been a bad situation. He cleaned up the debris and made our house safe until he could come back and repair the mast. He went above and beyond to help us during a really scary storm. Tony came back the next day and replaced our electrical mast and got things ready so that Avista could reconnect us when power was restored to our street (7 days later...). We got power only a few hours after our neighbors (we were waiting on Avista to install the new meter). Many people with mast damage had to wait much longer than we did to get power back. I really appreciate Tony's style of communication, his thoughtful approach to the work, his willingness to answer questions and explain the technical aspects to me, and his knowledge of his trade. I ask a lot of questions and really want to understand what is going on with my house and what my options are. Tony does well with that. I highly recommend Inland Electrical and will be using this company for other projects.
Description of Work: Emergency service when a tree pulled down our power line and ripped the mast from the house. Replaced mast and prepped for Avista to replace meter and reconnect service.

This was a huge project. Over the two months Tony was with us he explained everything he was doing. We were living in the house as he did work around us and 4 young kids. He was careful, safe & cleaned up after himself everyday. He was sensitive to working around our schedules to minimize noise and inconvenience. We are very happy with his job and would recommend him to anyone! The electrical inspector had no issues with his work and complimented Tony several times on the high quality of the job. He also said it was the best work he had ever seen, he was very impressed. We were so happy we will definitely use him for any electrical work we ever need in future.

Description of Work: I had a bathroom light switch that wouldn't turn off. I had changed it in the past with a new switch I purchased and it still didn't work. So, I hooked the old switch back up and it did work for about 6 months. Then, out of the blue again, it wouldn't turn off. I called Toni and he set up an appointment within 2 days. He was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. Toni trouble shooted until he figured out the problem, fixed it and installed the new switch I had purchased originally. It now works just fine. No more unscrewing light bulbs to turn off the light! Thank you so much.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. We had called others and were quoted $49+ service charge just to have someone come out and give us an estimate. Inland Electrical came by the day after we called for no charge and in 15 minutes gave us a quote. The final bill came out to exactly what was quoted despite the fact that a few steps of the job proved a bit more challenging than originally expected. I appreciated the attention to detail, not just to the actual job but to working around a house with 5 kids and noise and chaos. He even swept up where a bit of sheetrock dust fell. No detail was left unnoticed. We are already preparing to have Inland Electrical come back to install our patio lights. Can't imagine using anyone else!

Right off Tony's experience and practicality lead him to suggest a relocation that made the job more complex for him but much more functional for the house. It was what we had hoped for but had not yet requested. He was punctual, considerate of the house, professional, friendly but focused on completing the job on time.

Tony from Inland Electrical provided the highest level of service! I called him 2 days ago and promptly received a call back during which Tony was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. He was courteous, on time and very professional. I could not recommend him more. He went above and beyond and ended up solving 3 electrical issues in the house (one in the basement, one in our playroom and install my daughter's new chandelier) in a short time, and for an incredibly reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and I am so pleased to have found a reliable and affordable electrician. I will never use anyone else.

Our Kenmore dryer (2yrs old) stopped heating and the timer dial stopped moving. We called Sears to have someone come out and look at the dryer. Service tech came and look at the dry for about 20 minutes and then looked at our circuit breakers. When he went to turn the breaker on/off there was no resistance and he told us that the circuit breaker had failed. Once it was replaced then the dryer would work. This service call then cost us $165.00! NO KIDDING!! I called a few other electrical companies to see if someone could come out today to fix it. Most said no maybe in a week. Then I called Inland Electric and Tony answered the phone. He was very nice and understood immedialely what I needed. He quoted me the service charge of $77.00 and then the cost of the breaker. Total estimate $96.00. He said that he could get to me before he had to be at work, so about 45 minutes. He came exactly on time and looked the circuit breaker and replaced it. He then showed me that the cicruit breaker was about 30 yrs old. Once replaced our dryer worked! I took advantage of Tony being there to have him take a quick look at an outdoor barn light that was not working. He gave me several companies to look at for replacing the light with an LED lighting system. We like the LED lights. He was very knowledgeable about all kinds of lighting. And more than willing to explain the LED lighting to a simple minded person. Our final bill came to $96.00 nothing more. It wasn't until he gave me his card did I find out that Tony is the owner of Inland Electrical. Great guy and we will use Inland in the future.

The panel he replaced was in a terrible location, very cramped with the hot water tank on one side and a wall on the other. Tony told my daughter later that in all his years in the trade he had never seen a worse set up. In addition to the bad location the panel itself was just packed with wires. He did a great job, a very clean installation and had power restored for my daughter the same day. And he did all the work for his original quote. So there were no surprises. In addition he was on time and professional in every respect. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to upgrade their electrical service.

This is the second job Tony has done for me and he is top notch. I emailed him my request and what I thought would be acceptable for heating my shop. He revised the heaters I had selected since they required 3 phase power which I do not have. He selected heaters that were compatible with my service. He bid the job and scheduled the job by email. He was there they day scheduled in the morning and completed the project that day. The cost was exactly as bid. The cost was very reasonable and the quality first class. The heaters heat my shop which is 1500 sq. feet warm enough to work and run my lift on a below freezing day. He got a permit and had the job inspected, no problems. I can't say enough about Tony's quality, timeliness and professionalism. I would recommend him without reservation and would hire him again.

Scheduled one appointment on first project (full house rewire). No call. No Show I gave him a second chance. Tony called shortly before appointment for bid on second project (another full house rewire). Said he was and quot;too busy to make it that day, he didn't want to do the job anywayand quot; I have no time to waste on poor businessmen like this. Not sure the quality of his work would be any better than his work ethic. I recommend that anyone and everyone steer clear of this company.

I first saw an ad for Inland Electrical in the Spokesman-Review; then I saw that Tony was on Angie's List with an and quot;Aand quot; rating. I called to see if he could give us an estimate. Our appointment was for the next day . . . he was promptly there at 4:30. We got the estimate and called for his services. When he arrived, we walked through what we needed done once again (which I appreciated). He then got right to work. Tony did a great job, we are pleased with his work. Tony was personable, professional, neat, and tidy. He's on our rolodex for future electrical needs. We recommend him.
Description of Work: In our TV room we had hung our TV on the wall. He inserted an electrical outlet behind the TV and also moved the cable connection behind the TV, thus eliminating dangling electrical cord and cables. (also hid the cable for our DVD) So nice!! In our furnace room, he placed six lights on the same light switch which makes it so convenient. We also had an electrical cable in the furnace room that had been threaded through several 2x4s by the previous owners ... he removed the cable from the 2x4s and rehung the cable out of sight. He moved a light switch from our laundry room wall to the TV room wall making it easier for us. He replaced 5 electrical outlets with grounded outlets. And happily checked out an outlet we were worried about.

Great job from beginning to end. I called Tony and got a quote over the phone based on pictures I sent. He scheduled a date two weeks in advance. He came by for a quick site review early in the week the job was scheduled. He and Gary arrived the morning the job was scheduled and worked that day and the next to complete the job. I selected Inland Electric primarily because of the detail in their quote and the recommendations they made regarding my original specs. Tony recommended more modern energy efficient shop lights than I had spec'd and also more modern low wattage exterior LCD lighting. The job was very professional from beginning to end. Both Tony and Gary are great to work with and asked for my input as the job progressed. As an example, they asked me to check with a garage door opener company for their requirements before wiring the door outlets. They wired the shop using commercial style wiring with metal conduit and unsheathed wire, romex only for the over 10 foot ceiling lighting, exterior lighting and garage door outlets. This resulted in a very clean install with only two conduits to the service box, one on each side. They exceeded their quote at no extra cost by adding extra outlets. They put the shop lights on three switches, one three-way that works great for coming in either entrance and allowing only the light needed to be turned on. The exterior LCD's are very bright and have photoelectric cells. They put the exterior lights high enough under the eaves so snow coming off the metal roof will not strike them. The job passed the electrical inspection with no exceptions. One of the overhead light bulbs was burned out. Tony came by later and replaced the bulb as well as leaving 2 spares. Very easy to recommend this company! They came recommended by a neighbor and I also saw they had positive Angie's list reviews. I would use them again and recommend them to friends. They are doing a quote currently for a winter heating unit for my Mother's natural gas generator.
Description of Work: Wired our 30 x 50 shop (14 foot ceiling). The service had been installed in the past with one outlet available. The wiring including interior and exterior outlets. Inside ceiling shop lights, exterior lights, garage door opener outlets and a switch and outlet for a neon clock light.

Description of Work: I contacted Inland Electric to get an estimate and to get an opinion on how to go about running power to my newly constructed shop. The electrician and I agreed on a plan and he contacted the following day with a quote. He installed a 400 amp service panel and meter base on an elevated base, ran 200 feet of heavy duty wire and conduit to the shop, made all the necessary connections to the shop panel and connected the wiring to the elevated panel. He also provided an outlet at the meter base for a motorhome hookup or whatever.

He's very competent, dependable and does an excellent job at a fair price. It's the third time we've used him. Without a doubt, he is absolutely one of the finest contractors that I have ever known. His work is flawless and I even offered to pay him in addition to the contract amount, because of some unforseen work and expenses. He said no. He said that he had given me a quote and would do the job for that amount. I have no reservations about recommending him highly. I will never use any other electrician as long as Anthony Gentile/ Inland Electrical, LLC is in business. He even came on a Sunday, at his own request and at no additional charge, to do some work so that we would not be without electricity in the basement. Tony is truly an honest, ethical and highly competent electrician. An "A" rating is too low for the kind of job he does.
