The estimator was always pleasant to deal with. At first, I wasn't sure about when the work was to start or where in their schedule my project stood. But, the work eventually and in a timely fashion started to flow. The finished product is impressive and well constructed. Some criticisms include: I had to ask the office to please tell the worker(s) to pick up after themselves at the end of their workday. Some of the joints are not as precise as I would have liked (however, I understand that this is more rough carpentry than fine). There was an issue of a concrete pier that the estimator said would be placed that the construction person, after the fact, stated was not necessary. Overall, the finished product is impressive and well constructed.
