Toby had said not to have my cabinet installers put in one little cabinet I had that went next to where my refrigerator would go so he could go up the wall behind the cabinet for the thermostat. He did that and squared it up with the hanging cabinet above which the cabinet people had hung. When I went to put my refrigerator in the space that night it was too tight. I couldn't open the door. I called the cabinet people and Toby the next morning telling them both of the problem. Toby left the next job he was doing early that same afternoon and brought his crew down and moved the lower cabinet over and fixed the tile under it. (It's now almost a week later and the cabinet people still haven't been back. They are coming but on their own time frame.) The tile floor looks beautiful. I feel like I can count on Toby to not only do a good job but to come back and respond to any concerns I have and respond quickly. When I said thanks he just laughed and said of course. That's his job. He'll come back until I think it's perfect. This is the kind of person I want to contract with.

Delays. Falsely blamed on suppliers. Took 6 weeks for a job that was estimated for 1 week.
