H & H Roofing did a great job, and in a very timely manner. I made the decision to replace my skylight, after the last storm proved it was leaking. I called many roofers, in which none would take the job. Paul came out the same day, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and replaced the skylight, as well as a vent that was showing the early stages of failure, at no additional cost. The problem was fixed within 24 hours of my initial phone call! I will be recommending H & H to all my business associates, and friends that need roofing work. Thank you H & H!!!!

Paul Hitchens is a godsend to roofing. LOL. Let me explain the situation that he helped me out on. I had a pretty amateur roofer trying to complete roofing on two of my rental houses in late October of 2016, just about the time that Spokane was experiencing a huge period of constant rain. I had already left Spokane to go to my winter home and had to hire Paul via email. He gave me a bid to finish up the two houses, and completed those jobs in a pretty short period of time, passing inspection no problem. He took a huge burden off of me because I feared that I would have to travel back to Spokane to supervise hiring and completing the two rental houses roofs. Paul handled everything by email and telephone.

H&H Roofing did an outstanding job on our home. Ryan Schaff managed the effort flawlessly. We discussed the various options and costs with him and he was a wealth of information. As part of his outstanding efforts on our behalf he drove us around our local area in northern Spokane so that we could see examples of the various styles and colors of roofing to choose between. H&H went above and beyond when we had some schedule delays with the roof sheeting and they were willing to come out and put Ice & Water Shield and asphalt felt paper on each section of the roof as it was completed, thus protecting the associated areas of the house below from the rainstorms occurring at the time. Further they came out with almost no notice to install roofing penetrations and protective flashing when we discovered the requirement to install Radon ventilation piping. They were very responsive to any of our questions and requests. They were very flexible and coordinated with other building trades when the various efforts caused effort/schedule conflicts. All of their efforts were marked by their friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding attention to detail. More their labor warranty is unmatched. Our home roof looks fantastic due to their efforts. I highly recommend them.

Very responsive and even worked in the rain

The roof looks nice and the price was reasonable. The entire crew and owner were really nice people. We have not seen any leaks since. They were just wonderful and hard workers. They cleaned their mess and followed up to make sure we were happy. They also advised to call if there were any problems.

Josh took time out of his schedule to thoroughly examine the roof and provide his opinion on the condition of the roof. Both I and my realtor were impressed with Josh's level of service. I will be contacting him later when it comes time to put on the new roof.

H and H gave a timely bid, and communication was strong during the bidding process. The sent me a written bid along with all proof of insurance and other documents. They dropped off roof color samples quickly. However, communication faltered once I agreed to have them do the work. The project started a few weeks behind schedule, and I had to call them several times in order to determine a start date. Once started, the work was completed in a timely fashion (within a week), the site was cleaned up well, and I was pleased with the work. Old tin and wood shingle roof was removed. New decking, venting and asphalt roof was installed. I was not able to be on site while work was being done, as they started two weeks later than anticipated, and I had moved out of the house during that time. They did forget to install a small piece of rain gutter over a roof porch to direct moisture away from a walk way. I called about this oversight, but never received a response.
