They were great while we were shopping around. Once we signed the contract we literally never heard from them again, never called during the week long installation to check on it or after it was completed. Then we had a couple different issues with our floor, we called on three different issues, countless messages were left with people that were never returned. We recommend not using great floors, do it yourself if you have to.
Description of Work: We had our entire 3000 square foot home flooring replaced. We had carpet and laminate installed.

Description of Work: Finishing a partial basement construction project, we needed about 300sf of carpet and laminate wood flooring. Great Floors offered exceptional variety of products for reasonable prices and easy, quality installation service. Sales Associate Miranda Brown was fantastic, helped us set up install a week after ordering and saved us over 10% of initial estimate in the process. I recommend Great Floors for all your flooring needs and will certainly purchase here again in the future.

Description of Work: I submitted a detailed explanation of their service for their Granite Installation Group located in Post Falls, ID. You can get more detailed information from that site. Quite simply, the sub-contractors they sent to our house were incompetent, surly and unprofessional. They cut granite in our house leaving the entire main level a mess. When I complained about their subs they told me to bring it to the subs attention, which we did but we would never have hired these subs. They were Great Floors people and were terrible. The granite installer told me the granite he cut for the master bath would not work because we had a non standard bathroom counter. When I reminded him he had made a template of that bathroom counter before cutting the granite he backed off but I'm convinced he was trying to stick us with his mistake. The original installation occurred in 2006 and I made no complaint at the time. This year, 2015, the granite in the kitchen cracked; something that should not occur. Great Floors promised twice to come and fix it. Never heard from them again. They are terrible.

We went in to select a remnant to make an area rug. They have a great selection, the price was good, and they finished it for us in 3 days. We were very happy with the entire process and will shop there again.
