My elderly parents had a gushing leak under their manufactured home that could be heard but not seen. Gold Seal was called at 2:45pm and arrived as promised by 5pm at my Folks home in the country, 30 minutes from town. GS found and repair the problem pipe in a very timely fashion. I walked outside to thank the plumber who was muddy and cold from head to toe, but smiling and so kind. This is my 3rd experience with Gold Seal. Each experience has been great. I manage life issues for Senior Citizens, so as a Professional Care Manager I expect professionalism, timely response, reasonable cost, the job done right, integrity and kindness. Charged way to much money First quoted 400 plus tax and they dont tell you there price on the phone, they say thay have to come to your house and charge way to much not happy with service .. wont call again or refer to anyone

We needed to unplug my mother-in-law's toilet. In a way this was an emergency, so I went back to them though my first experience wasn't good. They did do the job and for this I am grateful but it was way, way, way too much for a five minute job.

It went fine but cost way too much.

I had a plug in a drain and was able to get hold of a person even though it was a holiday. It was not a emergency but they were able to get to be that day and did a good job. Did not take any longer then necessary and I was happy with the service. I used the 15% coupon with no problem.

Responded very quickly, dug up the septic with care to the surrounding lawn, removed the blockage, replaced the dirt and turf, and cleaned up. Of course it was cold, snowy, and late on a Friday evening yet the personnel were respectful, courteous, and pleasant.

There is no toilet that sells for $480 but my wife paid.

This is the second time I have used them. They always send someone out right away. This time the job took longer than estimated but they didn't change me anymore. Always great prices and fair estimates. I will always call them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Submitted on-line appointment request on Wednesday. Recevied a call within 30 minutes and set up a Friday late-afternoon appointment for an estimate. Rcvd a call Friday at 11:00 that the service tech would be there approx. 11:30. Left work to meet him. He showed approximately 12:20. Said right off the bat his company was more expensive because they'd been in business over 20 years and were more experienced and reliable as opposed to some of the less experienced individuals/companies who were postings signs throughout the neighborhood (due to the county mandate for sewer hookup). Walked through front and back yard, measured back yard in foot paces. He then sat in his truck for over 20 min. waiting for information from his corporate office on the site plans so he could prepare estimate. After that, the estimate was approx. $6000 based on the possible need to install pipe from the street all the way to the septic tank in back yard, which would include removing (and replacing) the backyard fence.

I called Gold Seal Plumbing and Troy came out that same day to inspect the problem and give me an estimate. The main water line to our house was leaking. The very next morning he and an apprentice came to the house to fix the main water line. The water line was not fitted properly. The previous homeowners had fitted the pipes together incorrectly' which eventually caused the water to leak and make a watery mess outside. To complicate things, the leak was under a thick concrete slab. The week before, my son dug out a huge hole under the slab for us to detect where the leak was coming from. So most of the digging under the slab had been done by my son the week before. Gold Seal Plumbing dug a little more to expose the pipe better. They then cut out the poly water line, where it was leaking, and repaired a 2-foot section with a heavy-duty copper fitting made for water lines that go to the house. The water to the house works perfectly now, and there are no leaks under the slab where they worked. They were very courteous and professional. Troy took the time to answer many of my questions and explain to me what was wrong with our piping to the house. He also showed me the correct fitting that they were replacing the old section with. Although the work cost more money than I wanted to spend, they did a very good job, especially in a location that was difficult to get to the pipe. They had to crawl under the slab in a small hole and work in that hole for a few hours. I definitely would recommend Gold Seal Plumbing and am happy to have found a really good plumbing company to use for any other future problems.

Process was classic way to do customer service. when i called the office they asked if it was an emergency and when i said no they scheduled service for the next day.Service tech showed up at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the leaking toilet which consisted of him removing the toilet from the floor and installing a new wax ring.While he was here he replaced a float valve and cold water shut off valve in another toilet.He cleaned everything and left.

Ryan was polite and friendly and priced the job by task instead of hours. That kind of job can go way long if something goes wrong. Nothing did and now my wife can use the outdoor faucets all she wants without my worrying that the leaky stems will flood the basement I will use them again.

They did a good job. The quality of work was good. They had a problem with scheduling. They had to come and to a few times. I thought they were expensive. They came out right away.

They are good. They gave us an estimate. They show up within a time frame. We have a digital push button water system in the shower. The company that installed it originally is no longer in business. We called them to trouble shoot the system.

The overall service was very good. The plumber who came out to look at the job was very knowledgeable and we were able to choose a product that would fit our specific need. They were able to come out and do the job promptly and I am very satisfied with the end result.
