Description of Work: Replaced water intakes, master valves. I've used Gold Seal for a variety of plumbing needs over the years including a kitchen remodel. They've always been punctual, responsive and skilled at their work. They're not inexpensive, but they do the job correctly and stand by their work.

Description of Work: The only problem with Gold Seal is that they are very pricey

Description of Work: They put in such an assortment of pipes going every which way, I had to hire someone else to redo it. The serviceman was an older gentleman and worked late into the evening.

Description of Work: It was a Saturday, and our water heater quit working. They sent Mark, and he replaced the unit the same day. We weren't expecting to get it done on the weekend.

Description of Work: I called Gold Seal to replace two old and defective shut-off valves under the bathroom vanity/sink. They arrived promptly and did the repairs quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Their pricing is from a flat-rate book and seemed high. But, having used them in the past, I knew they would do a quality job and stand behind their work and products. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Solved a plumbing mystery sound that eluded other professionals for over a year. Did not charge us. Contacted the water district and advocated for us. Sound stopped 2 hours after the visit.

Description of Work: Installed a vanity. Re-plumbed original bathtub, installing new faucet and drain, changed out old waste pipe with a larger diameter pipe. This was a costly job, though I'm not remembering exactly how much. Of course I would have liked it done more inexpensively, but I'm realistic about plumbing costs.

Description of Work: A 2nd story toilet leaked through our 1st floor ceiling. Gold Seal came in right away, cut a hole in the wall board, found the leak and replaced the seal. The ceiling repair was done by someone Gold Seal uses who also did a great job; he had to wait until all the water area dried out, then did a total repair on the portion of the ceiling that was damaged.

Description of Work: Our vessel sink had never drained properly, due to its having been installed with an unvented drain pipe. Gold seal diagnosed and fixed this. It works perfectly now, with no leaks.
