Description of Work: We bought our house in summer 2012, at which time this provider replaced a cracked large living room window (about 4 x 4 feet) with a new one for the previous owner. The replacement cost was about $600. But by this spring, the window seal had broken and there was condensation between the double panes. I called the Glass Doctor and they immediately agreed to replace the window at no cost. They replaced it this morning, within about two weeks of when I first called.
