 + -1 moreJason was running a bit late for his appointment and called to let me know. He is absolutely the best. He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I have no qualms letting him come into my home. Jason listens to my questions (regardless of how "non tec" they are) and then explains in a way that I can understand. I will always use Spokane Geeks on Wheels and recommend them to anyone with a question or problems with their computer - both business and personal.
Description of Work: I needed to be sure my computer was safe and running as it should. I also down load books from the library to my mp3 player and had issues with it as well.

 + -1 moreTerry answered, I explained the issue, and she stated she would talk to the tech and call me back. Terry called me back within a few minutes. Tech stated to take out the battery, wrap in a pillow case and secure end of case, put in a bag with rice on top and bottom of computer. Takes one to two weeks to dry it out. Tech states he has had success with this in the past. Also told me that if I choose to buy a new computer, they can look at hard drive and transfer data to new computer. I appreciate the advice and quick call back! Will use if needed for services!

 + -1 moreI called in the afternoon and got a next-day appointment! Phillip W. called me within the allotted hour window to let me know he would arrive in about 20 minutes...but did not for about 50 (the only picky fault in the transaction). He then proceeded to knock it out of the ballpark. He patiently listened to what I did to attempt remedies and to all of the symptoms I could describe. He cleaned up old files, those nasty programs that have been on there for months just adding bloat, and reset various Internet settings. He also thoroughly explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. He then recommended and downloaded 2 additional powerful "clean-up" programs to add to my collection. VERY happy with result.
Description of Work: Computer CPR. Slowed, lagging, and web pages failed to load.

Description of Work: Jason checked all my computer's systems for potential viral contamination. He weeded out the unneeded programs and installed a better security system. He recommended changes for the safety of my personal and business records. He was easy to work with and got along very well with my dogs too. As a single 62 yr old woman, it is important that I feel safe in my home. I will have Jason back and would recommend him to everyone.

Description of Work: Removed all unneeded items and spam on two comupters. He worked several hours making sure that my computers worked quickly and without problems. Both my computers were running very slow. Recommended and installed a different anti-virus program.

 + -1 moreJason was always professional and courteous enough NOT to make me feel like an idiot when it was obvious I am not a geek myself. The repairs took a couple visits, and he always called to make sure our appt. was on track and when he was planning to arrive.
Description of Work: After determining the computer "gifted" to me by my in-laws needed a new motherboard and processor help, Jason was determined and diligent in solving the problems. They computer works very well now. During some of the downloading required, he was helpful in helping me get my laptop computer running very well, at no charge.
