Description of Work: An unusualy good experiance. Did not try to sell additional products.Addvised against buying a particular product, instead offered a free download that was much better. Go figure. Price is for three computers.

+ 0 moreEverything goes great and I will continue to use his services and I do buy my computers generally from this location. I have used them for over 10 years and I have been completly satisfied.
Description of Work: I use the Geek Squad service. I have Richard Madden that I like at this location that helps me out with our computer needs. He has been with them a number of years and if you go to a Best Buy they can connect you with him.The charges are mostly based on time. He generally comes out to the house and spends about under an hour with our computer systems.

+ 0 moreGreat people to work with, they inform you on any of their products & they tell you the pros and cons of the product they are selling you. If you have any question at all, they explain it to you. Great place to do business with.
Description of Work: Bought a new all in one computer and signed up for service & repair for up to 3 computers in the house. Had our old computer serviced & cleaned up by the Geek Squad and they did a top A job on it. No more problems on the old, just like new. We are completely satisfied with our new computer as well. Any problems at all, we call and they fix it on the spot. Best Buy is a great place to buy from, they stand behind their products.
