Excellent in every way!!!!!!!!!!!! Gardner was prompt (10 minutes early in fact) and gets right to work. All but the bedroom and 3 stairs are WHITE carpeting. With three animals and a husband who likes to work in the garage, we need the carpet cleaned at least once a year. Gardner is very thorough and meticulous. The carpet always looks brand-new when he is finished. We could not be happier with his service. A note: because Gardner is so careful and meticulous, the experience does take longer than and quot;normaland quot; carpet cleaning you may be used to. He was here four hours this trip. We also don't think he charges enough!!!! $105 for all the work he does is ridiculous. He is worth twice that and should charge accordingly.

Like most everyone else we have tried all kinds of carpet cleaners over the years. And the outcome has run the gamut from very poor service, uncleaned carpet, increased rates, and all of the other excuses that don't get you invited back. Gardener was recommended by a good friend and he lived up to everything that was said about him. We have used him exclusively the past 5 years. What a relief it is that you know you have a trusted individual to do the work as promised with no excuses just the highest quality service at a fair price. I wish all of my dealings with people could be so predictable. Dave

Very friendly and responsive

Punctual. Friendly. Spent 3 hours pre-treating, raking the cleaner into the carpet, and then extracting the liquid. We have white carpet (!) and pets. And it looks super! As the day was coolish, he left an industrial fan with us overnight to help with drying the carpet. We have the white carpet cleaned once a year, and Gardner is the best we have used!
