Very pleased with our new garage roof. Happily surprised when Tom, Manuel, and their crew were able to work us in faster than expected. Professional job, great value, our roof looks amazing, left everything cleaned up, and their large crew had it all finished up fast. Kept us informed, responsive to questions, and had a great overall experience. Will definitely use them again for other projects.

We used Galloway Roofing to replace our entire roof on a larger home after a bad wind storm damaged it. Tom and his team were excellent throughout the process and got the job done ahead of schedule and on budget. His crew are friendly, professional and diligent about keeping the worksite as clean as possible throughout the process and did a fantastic job after the job was done. I would highly recommend if you need a roof repaired or replaced that you give Tom a chance to earn your business, I think you will be happy you did!

Tom Galloway is a wonderful person to chat with and very knowledgeable in his trade. Manuel H is his point contact for new work bids and final inspection of work done. Manuel is a very engaging and easy going individual to work with. The crew that did the roof replacement down to new sheeting were very professional and family friendly in their attitude and work ethics. They were on time every day and worked with a steady cadence even after temperatures hit the low 100's the second day into the four day project. They cleaned up after themselves after each day and took care to avoid damaging property and landscaping. They were never a nuisance during the entire project as I worked from home during the entire process. They were polite and understanding when I occasionally stepped outside to see how things were progressing. Overall, I could not be happier with the work they did and quality of job done. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Tom Galloway Roofing for anyone in need of roof repairs and/or replacement. The price was fair and the work was done to the highest quality possible. During the inspection and bidding process Manuel Hernandez was very clear in explaining the process of what and how the work would be done and the standards that they were going to meet during the large roofing project. Tom Galloway was also very pleasant to work with over the phone. A very nice guy to deal with and also very clear and concise in his explanations of options and company ethics and standards to be provided. The work crew showed up early every morning and worked long hard hours to complete the job. They were courteous and very hard working and cleaned up the work space when finished. I would definitely call on Tom Galloway and Manuel Hernandez for my roofing needs again.

I heartily recommend Galloway. The work they did was exceptional, the owner and job foreman were both professional but extremely easy to work with. The price was higher than some of the bids that I got from other companies, but the experience with Galloway more than made up for that!

This couldn't have gone any smoother. I got a professional job and first class service on what has to be considered a 'small' job. They recommended the correct product - sent a complete itemized contract on what they were going to do and stuck to the script. They were complete professionals from the get go. I had our roof replaced by Galloway Roofing Company and was very pleased. Their price was reasonable, their quality of work was excellent and the products used were superior. Extremely impressed with Galloway Roofing, all the way from the owner (Tom) to the crew chief (Manuel) and the rest of the crew. During every step of the process, they did exactly what they said they would: showing up on time for the quote, arriving within the window of days they said they would to start the job, doing the "special" projects we agreed to on our old house, coming back to fix a minor issue that was not related to their workmanship, but to our poorly designed patio cover, and finally, there were no surprise charges at the end. I would absolutely contract with Galloway Roofing again to do a roof and plan to call them when my moms house needs hers replaced. For reference, our house is ~100 years old tudor style with an extremely steep roof. The crew had to pull out the old ceder shake, put down new plywood, and then the shingles. A cheap 40 year addition required special care in managing water flow to avoid leaks 20+ years from now. Manuel did this himself and I am confident that it will last. That area has had problems leaking in the past. I waited about 4 months to post this review, just to make sure all was OK. Finally, we were so impressed with the crew, that we actually gave each of them a small bonus. I also offered to place beers in a cooler for Friday when they wrapped up -- "No thank you, we don't drink". They were very appreciative of the sports drinks offered instead.

The whole crew at Galloway Roofing did a fantastic job putting a new roof on my house. At every turn, they were helpful and responsive to my questions. My schedule was a bit drawn out but they worked around it and when time arrived for the roof it was done promptly. The crew arrived when promised, worked diligently and efficiently and did a fantastic clean-up job afterwards. The new roof looks fantastic and their pride in workmanship shows throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Galloway Roofing in the future.

I am very pleased with my new roof from Galloway Roofing. Tom is a great communicator and from the first call, he instilled confidence as he described their process and materials. Galloway's on-site foreman, Manuel, was a pleasure to work with. Manuel is very earnest and made me feel confident that his crew would do a quality job...and they did. Manuel also rolled up his sleeves and got on the roof to help remove a tricky skylight that was replaced. As Tom described up front, the crew cleaned up my deck and yard during the day and after each work day. The job took four days on a 2500 sq ft roof as predicted. I highly recommend Galloway Roofing.

No one will spend as much time with you to ensure you get the most appropriate roof for your needs as Tom Galloway. They go the extra mile and are all about customer service and making things right. Most construction project do not go as planned. However, Manuel (foreman) and Tom will see that problem areas are promptly addressed and put you at ease that it will be done right. If you want quality and people who are genuine go with Tom and Manuel plus their crew. As well, you will have a solid and aesthetic roof that is reasonably priced. They are not the highest or lowest with prices but rather in the middle. Galloway Roofing has a solid reputation in Spokane for a reason. I very satisfied with their service and our new roof.

I contacted Galloway Roofing for a leaking roof over my sliding door. It was a relatively small job but they talked with me about the problem and explained everything well and as soon as the weather permitted they came out an fixed it one day. They cleaned up after themselves so well that I could hardly tell they'd been there.

Manuel and his roofing crew were speedy, tidy, friendly and the most hardworking people I've seen in a long long time. They were not the low bidder, but very happy with their work. Manuel and crew are craftsmen that pay attention to detail. They did everything we asked, plus more. Instead of butt joints and galvanized roof nails to attach fascia board, they used mitered butt joints and recessed finish nails that were puttied and painted. Some fascia was so custom that I told Manuel to leave it. Instead, they removed every last board and custom fitted the new board. GALLOWAY provided 12 ft fascia, instead of lower quality 8 ft lengths. Additionally, they used the #1 rated Owens Corning Deck Defense roofing system, which is a clear upgrade and advantage to everything else I looked at. It has a patented roofing nail strip which prevents blow off in high winds. They capped the job off with specialized hip and ridge shingles that gives the house high-end street appeal. I would give them an overall A+. Put your mind at ease and hire GALLOWAY. My wife and I are very happy with the work. During walks in town and around my suburban home, I have examined a lot of new roofs, and very few measure up to GALLOWAY's quality. Thanks GALLOWAY.

When I sent an email requesting a bid to replace our roof I got a same day response from Tom Galloway. He advised his estimator would call and set up an appointment. The next day Manuel called and we set an appointment; he was on time, and spent a lot of time explaining what they would do and why. I choose Galloway over several others because of the good service and explanations; I also like the fact that they are a local family business with second generation family in charge. The work crew was polite, diligent, and cleaned up every day. Our new roof looks great; we are very happy and highly recommend Tom and his crew.

Everything went well. It was great to have an good rapport with the supervisor. He took all the time needed to answer any questions I had or explain the progression of the roofing project. I appreciated that so much. I was very happy to see him working each day, side by side, with his two dedicated crew members. They all cared about the job they were doing and took pride in a job well done! The initial contact with the owner of the company helped clarify the work needed. He took a great deal of time answering my concerns and questions.

Galloway Roofing replaced the roof on our South Hill home in May 2017. Manuel and his crew were friendly, courteous, hard-working, skillful and speedy. The Owens Corning Duration roof looks sharp and improved the appearance of our house. Manuel installed extra protective layers under the roofing in areas where ice dams tend to occur. Excellent workmanship shows all over the new roof, for example in the perfectly trimmed edges, the new flashing and the cap shingles on the roof's peak. Each night they buttoned up the roof to protect against rain, and at project's end they cleaned our yard meticulously. Highly recommended. Galloway's quality is a good investment.

I called Galloway Roofing in mid-December to solve a problem with a roof leak that suddenly showed up. Tom Galloway was very helpful and discussing the problem and giving some things to try. He explained that they would not put workers on the roof during snow/ice conditions. I was very confident that Galloway Roofing would work with me during more reasonable weather conditions and evaluate the problem more fully. I plan to contact them in the Spring for a complete review of the situation and possible repair job.

It went very well. The entire project was completed in a day and a half and the roof looks great. The people were courteous and helpful in answering questions.

My roof still leaks. It was not that good. I won't use them again. To get an A, they should stop the leak.

The work was done to bid, tremndous amount of scaffolding had to be used for access and vrews were professional and safe.

We were in the market for a new roof. We did a search on Angie's list and found Galloway Roofing and Siding. By reading the reviews we decided to contact them for a bid. I spoke with Tom Galloway he was courteous and professional. The bid came in within our budget so we scheduled the start date. Manny and crew showed up on time and were very neat and tidy with the scrap roof material. Everything was clean at the end of each work day. The new roof was installed and was perfect for our home. I could see the quality in their workmanship. The job was completed in three days. Excellent crew doing the job and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Galloway. We were very happy with the work performed.
