Description of Work: The owner was a breeze to work with sending me a detailed estimate of the work to be done. Manuel came to do the repairs and tune up. He is very knowledgeable and really gave me a great education on what to look for in the way of possible future issues. He did the work quickly and is such a polite man. He did the work and found that the fix was not as extensive as originally thought so my bill was even lower than the estimate. I would highly recommend Galloway. They are honest and they know their stuff! It was very refreshing.

Thank you for the work and your review. It was good to see proper installation of the flashing once we were able to really inspect the sidewall to see it had proper overlap and side-lap between the roofing and the walls. It is hard to determine, before we actually lift and view behind and underneath these areas, as what exactly is required. Everything on your roof that needed attention has been completed and you should have plenty of years left before replacement is necessary. Have a wonderful fall season and Happy Halloween :)

Description of Work: We had a small stain on the bathroom ceiling, and assumed the roof was starting to leak. Turns out that a rubber pipe collar had deteriorated and was letting water through. Replaced the collar, and also installed metal flashing above windows (which should have been installed when the house was built more than 30 years ago!) Also found another small roof leak which I hadn't even been aware of. Also calked around a couple of windows that were problematic. $600 was a small price to pay for the expertise and professionalism. We're very pleased with the work.

[member name removed], Thank You for your review. The issues you described were Right On The Mark. It did take a couple trips to resolve the problems but we are confident we have fixed them. Plastic vents are found constantly as a problem and It is not uncommon to find leaks not directly associated with the roof such as windows with missing flashing, dormer siding not properly flashed, and many other issues.
