My wife and I were very pleased with the thoughtful and thorough estimate, the price, and the professionalism and skill of the roofing crew. We found all of the crew delightful to have working on our house. They answered our questions, explained what they were doing at various steps. The workmanship was outstanding, and when problems arose they were resolved skillfully and quickly. One short gutter was damaged while stripping the old roof and they had a roofing contractor out quickly to install a new gutter ? at no charge to us. One point that we especially appreciated was the fact that the crew was large enough so that there were no delays and work progressed with great efficiency. We recommend Galloway Roofing without reservation.

I didn't have any known issues with my roof, but wanted to make sure it was ready for Winter. Manuel arrived on time and was very professional. The roof was inspected, caulked and repaired where needed. The even cleaned out the gutters. Thankfully the roof did not need much work and Manuel did say that next year we might need to replace some pipe collars. Definitely would use them again.

My renters spoke to the installers on site and they were quite professional as well. As far as I could tell there was no debris left behind whatsoever. Manuel noted the code issues with the old roof and fixed all of those problems. The installation was especially prompt. Excellent, completed the work within a couple of days. Provided a 2% discount.. Reviewed roofing material with a good knowledge of product. Kept me up to date on the project. I was glad we hired them and I'm looking at hiring them to do our siding.

We have been satisfied with them. I was pleased with what they did. I would recommend them. It leaks in some places but that is to be expected because they didn’t guarantee it. The price was real reasonable. It was good quality, and at those places where it is not, they didn’t guarantee that anyway.

showed up on time (called first) gave an honest accessment of what should be done to repair roof correctly..did not have work done at this time. Prompt and professional!

Galloway did a very impressive job. They had to tear off several layers of roof and replace the roof on the house and two detached buildings. They were very organized and the job site was incredibly clean throughout. The crew made sure the roof was covered each night and while the site was cleaned as they worked, they also made sure there was no debris left on site. They didn't damage the landscaping at all! The new roof looks fabulous and there have been a couple of really bid storms through since the work was completed and we have had no issues. The only issue I had was that after we received the initial bid, they came back and changed (raised) their pricing. It was still reasonably competitive though.

Tom's crew worked hard, did a good job, were clean & re did some work that wasn't the way we wanted it.

Called for and promptly received an appointment for an estimate on the job. The foreman, Manuel, came as scheduled and provided a complete discussion of what would be needed. A formal bid with several options depending on choice of materials was received promptly. Due to our travel plans the job was schedules later in the year than is optimal as far as the weather is concerned. The frequent rains and earlier than usual cold weather made for some less than perfect working conditions. This did not seem to bother Manuel and his crew. As promised they worked stage by stage never leaving any day without securing the areas that were being done, cleaning up and hauling away trash before they left. We recommend Galloway Roofing.

Due to his poor responsiveness, we've hired another contractor and are planning to spend over $10K on replacing the home's room.

Mr. Galloway was very helpful answering our questions & concerns. It is crew were awesome. Arriving on time, clean-up. All permits & inspections were performed.

I can not say enough good things about this company. From day one the experience was incredible. I talked to Tom Galloway the owner of the company to inquire about a bid. Tom has to be one of the nicest, easiest people to talk to ever. He had his foreman, Manuel, at my house the same day. After Manuel got off my roof and had everything measured, he went over all of my options of the different roofing materials and explained what would be on the formal bid. He was so enthusiastic about my roof, how great it was going to look, how much fun it will be to pick out the colors, to get everyone in the family involved, how fun it would be to do my roof, etc. Manuel was the first person I met form this company and I have to say I think he was awesome. It took 2 to three weeks to even get some companies to give me a bid ( I called 4 on the same day as I called Galloway) some did not even show for appointments. If they did show up (some companies didn't) to measure my house, the bids were so much higher (from $5000.00 to $14,000.00 more) that I was shocked. I do not have an easy roof. Lots of valley's, angles, dormers and chimneys .I was in the middle of re-financing my home to pay for this when all of the sudden I had to have the roof done before the finances were available and it had to be finished by a certain date. Galloway made it all happen. They started 2 weeks earlier then they had originally had me scheduled and then started another 2 days early to make sure I met my deadline. The day the job started, I went out to meet the roofers and each and every one of them thanked me for having them do my roof. (Unheard of) The work all happened with the crazy weather. 100 degrees one minute and pouring down rain the next. They did my roof in sections. Tear off, sheet and then felt. Never leaving for the day until one section was finished, in case of rain. They even back to check on things after a very bad rain and wind storm, late one evening. The crew cleaned up all materials and garbage at the end of every day before they left. I know my job took longer then expected but they always made me feel like they were glad to be there. My niece and nephew refereed Galloway to me and now I know why. They both had the same experience I did. I can not say enough good things about GALLOWAY ROOFING AND SIDING. I will sing there Praises for many years. Thanks to both the company and the crew. I THINK YOU ROCK

It was the first time we had used them. They did a beautiful job. I had no problems with them from start to finish. I would use them again in the future.
