GADY PUMP AND ELECTRIC

Installation was quick and professional. Everything worked perfectly. The excavation company was also fast and efficient. The shutoff valve required an extra long tool to reach the valve which Gady said he would send to us. It took a follow up call or two to remind him before winter arrived, but he finally sent out the tool. Last summer, we noticed that one of the (brass?) connectors had cracked over the winter. We called Gady to come replace it. Since it was summer, he said he was very busy and since it wasn't leaking we agreed it could wait until the fall when his business slowed down. We called again in the fall and were given a few more excuses as to why he couldn't come out to replace the part. We followed up with calls roughly every 2-3 months but he still hasn't come out. He promises he'll come out soon every time we talk to him. In short, first impressions were great. The work was good and done in a timely fashion. Follow up is terrible. It's like we don't exist any more. Not recommended.
