Description of Work: Services were good the problem that I encountered was that the services paid for was not actually 6 hours of service, it is 3 hours with 2 people cleaning. They NEVER send 1 person but charge for 2 each time so the price is actually doubled. Not very good communications

+ -1 moreThey charge hourly and they have two people that come along with a trainee. They are very good. They also provide window cleaning which is addition to this and I'm going to use them for that. They have a different crew that does the window cleaning and I'm going to use them for that. They also do things like gutter cleaning and I will in the future use them for that as well. My overall experience with them was excellent. The house that they did was my elderly mother-in-laws house and they were very good with her. We had some real specific ways she wanted things done and they were sensitive to that. The products that they use are environmentally friendly. Overall I just think they are a very well run company. They are licensed and bonded which was important to me. They tell us what to expect and they came out before they even started doing the cleaning for us and gave us a really accurate description of what they would do and how they are charged so there weren't really any surprises. Based on the fact that they are licensed and bonded their prices are very fair, we can find things less expensive but they aren't always licensed and bonded.
Description of Work: I used Frontline Housekeeping Plus for housecleaning. They vacuumed the furniture, cleaned two bathrooms and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen.

+ -1 moreThe ladies gave us a call and were there in minutes. They brought all the proper equipment from start to finish. Up high and down low they took care of it all. Counter and cupboard tops, carpets and laminate flooring, they did it all. Hard water stains in the commode all gone. Doorway molding, pictures and a host of Teddy Bears and Hats on the wall, Mantle clock they cleaned them all. This service was a gift from a daughter, but we will be calling them again for some needed carpet cleaning.
Description of Work: They cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and main living areas. They had great attitudes and asked us what were any specific concerns that needed to be addressed.
