+ -1 moreSeth Bettancourt, the technician first of all when several other appliance repair shops could not see me for 5 to 6 days... Freds Appliance sent Seth B. within 2 hours from receiving the call. He came to my door at 12:49 pm and left at 1:35pm. The refrigerator fixed with a plan to get a price on the damaged gasket piece and a followup installation. He was neat, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. The followup from the parts clerk came the next day at 9:36am. The replacement part was too expensive so I am deferring installing the replacement piece. But thanks to the technician, I now know what to do in the future... He gave me a thorough tutorial of what and how he fixed the problem. And he assured me that the ice build up could be removed with a hair dryer aimed at the right spot. I feel a little enabled.
Description of Work: Unfroze cooling fans where ice build up blocked air flow to compartments.
