They are horrible. I have a GE stackable washer and dryer. They come out and say everything is okay, but you can’t even put one towel in it because it doesn't work. I have their $900 insurance policy and it’s a 5-year deal. It’s hard to get anybody out here. I am going to call them after Christmas and if they don’t come out to replace the washer, then I am going to file a law suit. The washer and dryer was pretty expensive. I think it was about $400 or $500 a piece. When the guy came out the last time, he told me that I can’t wash just 4 items in the washing machine. He said that I have to wash about 87 items and push it in there. However, it still doesn’t work and it doesn’t spin. So, I have to take all the clothes out and I have to put 3 or 4 back in and spin each one. I compared their price and it’s probably about the same as everybody else. So, it’s probably medium. Their quality of service is terrible. I called several times to talk to the person that sold us our appliances. That guy was in another area and I got some other person. That person said that I have to call the service department. He said that he couldn’t help me anymore. It was just a round about and it was ridiculous. I spent about $7000 and they didn’t even want to talk to me. It takes them forever to come out. I would never use their services again in the future. I tried to talk to several people from Fred’s Appliance and they referred me to the service department. The service department said that they couldn’t do anything about that. The repairman said that the washing machine is fine. So, I told him that it’s not fine since something is wrong with it and I need some help, but they just don’t respond. I have an extended warranty on the appliances.
Description of Work: We bought all our new appliances for our new house from Fred’s Appliance. Their last visit to my house was about a year and a half ago.
