FNH Inspections

Mr.Frank Heidt, Performed a Home Inspection on a home I had just purchased. My agent gave me choice of 3 inspectors to choose from and Frank was the only inspector that returned my call in timely manner, in fact the only one! Home inspectors are very busy this time of the year and I was pressed for time, as I flew from another state to purchase my forever home and Frank made sure I would be happy with his inspection Frank performed a very through inspection on my new property and was meticulous to point out that would eventually I may need to pay attention to in the future. The inspection pretty much covered the entire alphabet of what a seasoned home inspector can do for the home buyer and more. Frank provided a detailed report with vivid photos of what caught his eye and explained on the phone with me in greater detail once I arrived back home. I was so impressed with Frank, that he would patiently go through the pics on the PC while on the phone with me answering my all questions I may have had. Frank, was the best people I had met in a long while and made me feel very comfortable. He really does offer piece of mind, knowing your home investment was in the best hands and feel I made a friend along the way. Frank, fantastic job my friend.
