The workers were very good. I was quite unhappy because we went to the store and ordered specific units. One of them is really great and very easy to run. The other one isn't quite so easy. We had told them that easy is what we want primarily. Neither one can with the safety mechanism we wanted. So in that regard, I was quite unhappy. They said they would come back, but that's not going to happen. The installers were professional.

The installation which was another factor. In the summertime in order to keep their installers working they had a deal on free installation. They were fabulous. They were really good. The best part was just the service in the store. I had a couple of not very good experiences with other dealers and the actual owner of the company waited on me which was nice and knowledgeable, provided options obviously since he owns the company. He really knew what he was talking about. All the arrangements were made very easily and you know there were just very professional. I cant think of any worst part. Everything was just couldn't have been better. The product that I got is just expensive and their price was good or better than any that I checked and I checked a lot of online and there are two or three dealers in town. Very good responsiveness. Perfect punctuality.

I noticed a change in the pilot light on my gas fireplace logs I called Falco and the sales representative took the time to walk me though how to turn off the gas and the pilot light until a repair/service person could be contacted as this was a holiday This gentleman was patient and understanding while explaining to a lay person like myself how to take care of my problem over the phone

Our gas fireplace would go out after 15 minutes but that seems to be fixed.

They do a little of everything. They were very good about installing the fireplace. They were on time. The fireplace is beautiful and we love it.

They were very professional and did a very good job. We had to have someone from the county to come out and inspect it and then they came back out and put in the new stove. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future for service.
