We arrived 10 minutes early to our home inspection appointment to find Sean Reed already present and set-up to begin. He eagerly greeted us, gave us an overview of what to expect, provided invaluable information regarding home maintenance tracking, and encouraged us to ask any and all questions that we had. He assured us that he wasn't leaving until we were confident in the service he provided and all of our questions were answered. We made sure he kept his promise and 3-and-a-half hours later we were shaking hands in the driveway saying goodbye. Sean was excited and engaged the entire time and was pleased to do all that he could for us. We have purchased three homes during our adult life and have used three different inspectors. Sean is the only inspector I will choose to work with in the future. His experience, knowledge, honesty, and genuine enjoyment of his work make him an absolute pleasure to work with and an obvious choice for property inspection. He took delight in our children who were present throughout the inspection and worked with my wife and our realtor with the same interest and sincerity. Sean left no stone unturned including complete outside review of foundation, windows, siding, doors, gutters, gates, concrete and utility entry points. We spent extensive time together on the roof discussing quality and potential concerns. We continued in the garage, main floor and basement with every possible corner inspected and all questions thoroughly answered. Sean used an extremely up-to-date software to develop a thorough and comprehensive inspection report complete with photos. When we concluded our appointment I felt like I not only was completely confident in our home choice, but was thoroughly educated in housing structures as a whole and I had become a much more competent buyer. We are extremely pleased with our experience and cannot say enough to communicate the value we received. Sean was not only a great inspector (the best we have experienced) but he was a wonderful person as well. I will end by saying that we have paid 25% more for inspections that have lasted half as long and not provided even 50% of the value we received during our inspection.

Sean was a true professional! Moving from VA to Spokane, Sean was flexible with the inspection time and date. Walked me through every step of the inspection and was very detailed throughout. Evergreen did my home inspection back in April 2016, and I was very impressed with the work. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

Sean answered his phone on our first call as he was in the middle of another inspection. We were quickly able to schedule our inspection within a few days. Sean accommodated a short notice inspection. He was very personable on the phone and in person. He did a very thorough inspection of the property. He answered all of our questions and was on site for roughly 4 hours. Although the inspection was money out of our pocket at the time, his recommendations saved us thousands during the final negotiation process. He provided a very quick turnaround time for the inspection report and the report itself was very detailed and useful in the closing process. Sean is one of the best in the game. He has a world of knowledge and was extremely helpful and welcoming when I wanted to shadow him through the inspection. As a first-time home buyer I wanted to learn as much as possible about the house and Sean did an exceptional job answering questions and explaining everything I wanted/needed to know. Sean was fantastic! I called him once and he quickly answered. He was very professional and kind. He walked me through his equipment and standard process for Radon testing. Luckily, his monitor was going to be available later that day so he was able to install it the day after. He was responsive via email, text message, and phone call. He prepared a detailed radon level report the night after two days of monitoring. The report made me feel comfortable with the accuracy of his equipment. I would use Sean again in a heartbeat!

Sean's service was excellent from the very first phone call that I made to him inquiring about availability and pricing to the phone call to go over our inspection report. Sean did an amazing job. I was used to a quick 1 hour max home inspection - oh no. Not with Sean. We were at the house for over 3 hours. He was so thorough, taught us so many things regarding home maintenance that we didn't even think about. Easy things that could save us big bucks in the future. He went through every system, explaining things he saw and things he didn't - both good and bad. He was unbiased and very honest. I was very pleased with the service. Sean our inspector was punctual, professional and friendly. He started by inspecting the roof and the outside of the house taking time to explain what he was looking for on each item as well as taking pictures for his report. We then continued to start on the second story and attic, then worked our way through the main floor and basement. He was thorough in checking out the electrical, water, and heating systems. He had finished the report and had it returned to us the next day.

For starters, Sean from Everygreen Property Inspection is very easy to work with and as flexible as possible with his scheduling. At the last minutes, I had to change the time of the inspection and he was easily able to reconfigure his schedule to fit my needs. For both of my home inspections, Sean arrived promptly at or before the scheduled time. Being a military service members, I greatly appreciate his punctuality on our scheduled inspection. Upon meeting Sean in person, you'll find he is a "people person" and very easy to interact with, like an old friend. Once he got started on the inspection, I immediately noticed and appreciated his attention to detail. He inspected every part of the house possible from roof to basement and all out buildings. Along the way, he takes the time to point out what he sees, both positive and negative. He even provides pointers to help you, as the potential owner, in making sure your house last you for a long time. He points out safety hazards as well as part of the inspection. Finally, Sean promptly loads your inspection to a website and sends you a password so you can access your full report and pictures. I was still able to access the report from my first inspection almost two years later! Overall, working with Sean from Evergreen Property Inspection was an excellent experience! Not only do I recommend Sean but I ENCOURAGE anyone purchasing a house or needing Radon or Mold Testing to work with Sean. Sean was so great! He was friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to us, and was 100% open to questions. He got to our home way earlier then our assigned time, so he took advantage and inspected the outside of the house and the roof so that it was already done and he could begin with that information when we arrived. He was not in a hurry and we felt like he was putting forth his best efforts. I felt like I was getting everything I needed to make a good decision on the purchase of our home. Sean spent 3 hours on the roof, in the garage, the house - everywhere. His report was complete and thorough. It gave the buyer good ideas on what she wanted repaired/replaced. We were able to meet her requests without too much trouble.

sean is great! he arrives early and prepared. when I arrived he was walking the roof and explained everything slowly and with detail. we appreciated his amount of detail and care. we didn't end up buying the house (for our own reasons) and he gave us a discount on the next house he inspected for us the following week. We didn't ask nor did we need a discount as sean is worth every single penny! I have met 3 house inspectors in my life and sean is by far the MOST detailed and caring. We felt it went really well, he arrived at the home early and began assessing the condition of the roof. He was very laid back and funny; We really enjoyed him, We received the report within 48 hours and he had just had a brand new baby! Hes definitely a hard worker. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many tips on ways to improve our house, which were very much appreciated. I would absolutely hire him again!
