+ 0 moreThe thing with Evergreen Hearing and Cooling is sometimes they'll come in and they'll do their job just enough to get by but they make sure the duct work is sealed and done in the quality of way so that I would never call them back because something wasn't done right. They do it right the first time.
Description of Work: They rerun all the duct work on the attic and tested for leaks on the duct work.

+ -1 moresee above The furnace and the A/C has been working consistently throughout the year. I did everything over the phone which is very important to me both logistically and for trust. I was referred to E Hand C by my future son-in-law's father who went to H VAC school with the owner of Evergreen Heating and Cooling.
Description of Work: As the first summer heat started and my mom's central air conditioning was not performing I called Evergreen H&C. Shortly after I called the heat pump was fixed. It was a bad capacitor costing $116 with labor and tax. I know I got off easy ($) this time. Last winter our gas furnace went up in smoke. After the firemen left and the smoke was fanned out of the house I called Evergreen H&C. I thought the worst case scenario would be to replace the entire furnace $2000+ but it was a fan motor that burned up creating all that smoke. Replacement cost under $500 including shipment of motor and a complete service. We were also informed the wrong size filter was installed so it was replaced with the correct size.
