Description of Work: Entire outside of house painted including garage and also a shed. 3 decks sanded and stain applied. Three colors used on house. Many areas starting cracking and peeling in October. A separate type of paint was used on deck railing. Provider did not use type of paint used on rest of house, instead he used something he liked that he used on his premises. I was not aware of this until afterwards. That paint flaking in multiple areas and bleeding into other paint. |Provider installed large lattice sheets for privacy on deck area. When he came back for touchup he removed them all, and when erecting them again he cracked them in 18 places. They will all need to be replaced at my cost. |Decks are spotty, putty looking, not sanded uniformly. One piece of wood on decked cracked and will need to be replaced by myself. |For amount of money paid I feel this is inexcusable. |More money will be put out by myself to correct areas listed above.

Description of Work: We used them to paint our new garage door.

Description of Work: Eron and Tom powerwashed the exterior, then painstakingly caulked all the seams and joints in our hardyboard siding and trim, and where the hardyboard had become loose, re-screwed it. They spray painted and backrolled the entire exterior, and painted the trim with 2 or 3 coats as necessary. The job took about a week, with no muss, no fuss.

Description of Work: Mr. Foote and his work associate power washed my daylight basement house (approx. 2600 sq. ft.). My vinyl siding (10yrs old) looked like new again and it also removed the mildew that was on the siding and rain gutters. In addition, they power washed my deck top and bottom ( upper level deck), replaced 5, 14 x 2 x 6 ft deck boards, several 2 x 2 in vertical supports for the railing, sanded the whole deck top (including my awning supports, 2 x 6 ft, several), and underneath, re-screwed down all the deck boards, added more screws to the verticals. They, then, painted my whole deck, top and bottom, with 2 coats of Flood SWF-Solid color deck finish, color my choice. All in all, they did a beautiful job. They showed up either right on time or early.....never late! They cleaned up when finished and were pleasant and easy to work with. GREAT JOB, GUYS!!

Description of Work: Erin refinished our rear deck and the railing and natural-style wood on the front porch. His firm powerwashed the wood, then hand sanded it, then applied the stain.
