+ 3 moreProject went as agreed to in contract. Work was done while we were both at work. We got to review at the end of the day after they had left for the day. We had a couple of plants that didn't take and they quickly came back to resolve by replacing with new plants. Best part was that we trusted them completely to work around the house in our absence. They had their own porta potty so did not need access to the house at all. Would definitely use again as we had also used them previously to install plant border and irrigation system for a portion of the yard.
Description of Work: Took off old deck, replaced with pavers, drainage system for back yard, landscaping, added plant border near fence and near house, planted trees around yard, upgraded sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreThe process went very well. The designer worked very well with us. He ensured that all our input to the design was taken into consideration, modified his original work to meet the changes we wanted, and met wit us several times. The crew that came out to do the actual work was outstanding, made sure to verify that what was on the plans matched what they were doing, and that we approved of the work. They completed the work in the timeframe we were given, and did an outstanding job of cleaning up when they were finished.
Description of Work: Full landscape design, and plans for update of front yard to a small Japanese Garden. Removed weeds, dug lined and filled with rock a drywell. Ran conduit to drywell from 2 sets of raingutters, Dug lined and placed riverrock mix and large rocks for dry riverbed. Reconfigured old beds and lawn, created, and placed landscape stones. Provided a complete list of possible plants for landscaping. Placed landscape cloth, and covered side entryway with river rock

Description of Work: Total landscape project in the back yard. They provided the "hardscape" and we are planting |the plants. The project started on time and the cost was exactly as outlined. However, some |unforeseen glitches along the way slowed things down and it took a while to complete the |project as they were very busy at that time. We like the design. This is the 2nd time we have |used Environments West and we would use them again.
