I had the distinct pleasure of working with Elite Construction for over 10 years when I was working as a housing rehabilitation specialist for the City of Spokane's Single Family Housing Rehabilitation Program. After working with Sergey and his crew and experiencing their work ethic, professionalism, craftsmanship and ability to get the job done within budget and time-frames it was clear to me this was the contractor I would recommend to family and friends. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge and experience Elite Construction has in identifying issues with older homes and how best and most cost effectively repair them. If you are looking for a contractor to perform minor home repair or a complete renovation I highly recommend you give Elite a call!

They were very professional every time. He is very knowledgeable and can figure out any unforeseen issue that has come up. The project is always completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend him.

Sergie is very thorough regularly checking the work and when needed he would jump in and help. His workers were very detailed and did quality work. They were all a pleasure to work with.

Everything went well. He attached the exhaust hose to an existing roof vent. You can actually feel a light breeze coming through the door of the bathroom now. The bath moisture is no longer trapped causing mildew problems.

I phoned the number listed on the web site and left a voice message indicating what work I wanted to have done and requesting a bid. I never received a response.

The addition exceeded expectations!! It added space and much needed light and we are so happy with the quality of work provided by Sergei and company. Before starting all details are gone over ahead of time as is the order and time frame it will take to complete the job. Honest and reliable workers who take pride in what they do. Beautiful job, highly recommend!!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work Elite Construction provided. The windows and siding are beautiful..I forgot to mention that the house was painted also. It turned out better than I had ever imagined!! Very responsible company, the owner and the crew are reliable and work hard, they take pride in their work and sincerely care about the customer. I would highly recommend them!! AAA+++!!!

Great. showed up, got it done did what he said he would do and showed that he cared how it came out. Was a little, and I mean little sloppy with painting in a small bathroom but over all was VERY pleased!

I had a great experience with them. They were extremely responsive and really helpful. Their price was excellent. I did check around and they had by far the best price. I have no issues with them at all; they did a great job. They were there when they needed to be. They also built this house 7 or 8 years ago.

Just came out to give an estimate Showed up when they said they would.

Sergey did a great job. He was good to work with and flexible. I dug the hole and he hauled the dirt away before putting the window in. He was very willing to answer questions. Communication was as good or better than most contractors I've worked with-they're juggling a lot of jobs. He did a quality job with the actual work, looks great! Much better price than other estimates I got.

I called twice leaving a detailed voice mail asking to set up a meeting to discuss our basement finish. We have detailed blueprints from an architect and interior designer. They never returned my call. Unreal! How companies like this stay in business is a mystery to me. Hopefully they won't be for much longer.

Initial discussions about the work that needed to be completed were pleasant, however, I have not heard back from him.

He was a nice guy. We had a miscommunication. He never called again after he came to the house. He was a gentleman but I did not get any information from him. It was not a first time for me to have a contact call me back. I would not have anything bad to say about him because it would not be fair. He came when I called him. He did not return my call so I would not bother him.

The guy from ELITE Construction & Remodeling was professional. He’s very good and he’s there when he says he’s going to be there. He communicates with you and he’s one of the better construction people that I have worked with.

Surgie (owner sp?) returned my call and we set a time for him to come and take a look at our bathroom area in our basement. He came a little late on the day we scheduled. He took some measurements, and taked with my husband and I about what we wanted and needed. He was to put a bid together and email it to us. We are still waiting to this day for the bid. I tried to make it clear to him that who ever got the bid needed to be very detailed on at lease 2 options for the bathroom design (have some vision). I guess that was something he wasn't wanting to do.

Went very well. Company owner dealt with me directly on going over what was to be done, how he'd do it, anything we needed adjusted to work around us living there while he did the work, picking colors, etc. Let us know when he would start construction, did it in the order I requested, then changed order of work at my request so I could do some work I wanted to do before he put the siding on that section. All the workers who came and did work on my house were very nice. Tried to avoid disrupting out lives and waking the baby. They are finishing today and everything looks great.

It took a long time and it was really cold, bad weather. I was really happy with what they did and their attitude. They were very pleasant; I always enjoyed seeing them everyday. They just went above and beyond. He was really helpful. I had no idea how it was going to come out. He told me to trust him and he was right. We really like what he did for us. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Honestly going into the reconstruction was hideously scary, I had no idea what to expect. My mother being blind and I only being nineteen, we were accepted into a house remolding program for low income home owners giving us a low interest loan to get the much needed work done that our little house was desperately in need of, and not wanting to be taken advantage of because even with the loan this money was hard to come by? we set forth on what we were told was going to be a rollercoaster ride. After accepting Elite?s bid we quickly found that we weren?t living a horror story but rather a fairytale, and even my Uncle Dave (who deals with real-estate on a daily basis) was impressed as he kept his protective eye hovering over the project. Sergey seemed to know exactly what we wanted, as my mom described how she saw everything in her mind, and let us in on everything that was going on and how it was happening taking time to describe every detail to my mom so she could understand without her sight. The workers were very mindful to watch out for my mother and keeping their tools up because of her blindness, and even stopped what they were doing to help guide her away from any dangers or harm. They easily got along with our pets (which isn?t always easy with a chubby pig) and still seemed to work hard, proficiently, and creatively. The workers were a pleasure to have in our home and trustworthy in the highest regard and the effects are stunningly beautiful, no one comes into our home without mentioning the beauty of our kitchen or their envy of our new cupboards. The work was of the highest quality, for they took pride in everything they did? the man who did our cupboards (Val) explained to me in one conversation that kitchens were his art form, he couldn?t go into a kitchen (or house) without redesigning it in his mind to take the most advantage of the space offered. All of elites work is guaranteed through the longest warranties that Sergey could find and offer and whenever we ran into a problem he was only one phone call away, answering promptly and taking care and charge of the situation immediately? I really feel that through Elite construction our guardian angels were looking after us.

I wish we would have had ELITE build our entire house. We went with Gordon Finch homes (disaster) We hired Elite to do all cabinet work and closets. sooooooo happy with everything they did. They were on time, on budget and work was beautiful. They have come back to our home built by Gordon Finch homes and had to redo tile, flooring and other mistakes that GF Homes did not take care of. They are honest, pleasant to work with, have an amazing work ethic and I cant say enough positive about Elite. You can email me directly if you want any more info! Elite Construction was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I knew it was a good company and didn't expect any major problems to begin with. But now after the project is finished, I can say they exceeded ALL my expectations! Always considerate, friendly and accommodating, which meant a great deal to me. They showed up when they said they would, and if anything came up Sergey would call and explain the circumstances. All the employees and subcontractors were very knowledgeable and competent, performing the highest quality work. Sergey would always think ahead and plan the work in a way that was most efficient, so there was no idle time, but the house was never overcrowded with workers getting in each other's way. I changed my mind couple times about few things, and they were very patient with me. After working with Elite for about two months, I can't think of anything about this company that I would be dissatisfied with! I'm very impressed with their work ethics as well as quality of the work, and would highly recommend them to any homeowner considering any kind of remodeling project! And of course, I will definitely hire them again!
