Similar to the other review, these guys are awesome. My 2 and 4 year old fell in love with them, made them things, always wanted to say hi. They are hard workers who show up on time EVERY DAY and work full days no matter what the conditions. They were upfront about all costs and stuck to the contract strickly - which was great. I really can't say enough about how much I loved having these guys do our deck cover project. I LOVE the end result, I LOVED the price, and I LOVED the whole process. So smooth. I would recommend them to anyone doing really anything that involves additions, building, decks, whatever. They're GREAT!!!

First and foremost, these are good, hardworking people. When you subcontract with a construction company with 37 years of experience you receive a lot more than just construction skills, you also get a high level of knowledge and experience. Eric and Curt Riese provide that and more. We contracted them through UBuildIt for our art studio/shop addition, patio cover, windows and siding on the main structure. They not only did an amazing job, but they had the experience to spot potential issues on our plan, far ahead, and make recommendations on how to adjust to avoid them. Saved us more than one crisis along the way, as well as saving us money on having to re-do or fix a problem. These people work for a living. I mean really work. Showed up promptly at 8:00 AM every morning, even weekends when timing required. Didn't usually leave before 6:00 PM. I came home one evening to find that they had hand carried 26 of the 24' glulams from their delivery on our driveway to our backyard to make way for the subs expected the next day. My son and I helped on the last three and I can't imagine having to move all 29 by hand, but they did, because that's what needed to be done. They also raised our steel beams and columns, and placed these glulams by hand and with precision. They also did a great job of applying HardiBoard board and baton over our 1978 T-111 siding, along with replacing all our 1978 and quot;periodand quot; aluminum windows with vinyl ones, which sealed this house. Even sound levels are noticeably lower. Installation of the siding is where the Riese's precision really shines. The whole family was so impressed with their work, we decided to have them 'autograph' their work on one of the steel columns they placed. Grant and Deb Ramsay
