Dynamex Computers

I am not a computer wizard, and I don't like computer issues. I completely trust Dynamex Computers to figure out what's going on and to fix it. The price charged is super reasonable, and the hourly rate is very low compared to others! The cost I entered for this repair shows zero, but it was based on some credit I earned from a prior servicing. I can't say enough about Eric and his professionalism and speed in detecting issues and fixing them. This time we used Team Viewer, and he took over my computer (from his location) while I sat and watched the interesting process. I would never have used this if I didn't totally trust him from prior servicings. He is also very helpful in answering some questions over the phone without having to place a service request. I highly recommend Dynamex Computers for small and large problems! You will be dealing with a real person, and I love using local and smaller businesses and repair people.

He came to my home, which made it very easy for me. I was really nervous about this; but everything went well, and I would highly recommend Dynamex Computers for any problems. A rather simple solution in my case was to let him take my computer for a couple days and restore it to factory settings. All my personal information, pictures, documents were saved; and any virus or problem that may have gotten into my computer was wiped clean. What a relief! I basically got a brand new computer back with all the garbage gone. Then I downloaded the main programs I wanted and still had all my personal items back. Eric is more than happy to help with technical or simple questions over the phone. He is a wealth of knowledge with any computer-related issue. He is my new and quot;911and quot; number. He also does tune ups and maintenance in case you don't really know what the problem is. I did not know Eric personally and found his number in the phone book. I took a chance and lucked out. I do like to support smaller, local businesses.
