Be sure and include Dryer Ducks in your list of people to call. Friendly, professional and a terrific value. The other companies charged by the vent and the bids got outta hand in a hurry. Dryer Ducks charged by the job-an estimate of time in your home and it was very fair and agreeable.

WE hired Dryer Ducks to clean out the dryer vent when thr dryer quit getting the clothes dry. Sam quickly found where a bird had set up a nest and clogged the vent. Our dryer is working great again. Sam also installed a vent piece between the dryer and the wall that a previous person who cleaned the vent had removed. He cleaned all the lint that had accumulated behind the dryer and left it the cleanest it has been years.

We hired Dryer Ducks to clean out our dryer ducts. The technician did a good job but our ducts had been so backed up that there was dryer lint inside the dryer where lint should not be and when we started it up again on high it smelled like the lint was burning. We then replaced the dryer but had new dryer duct in place to hook up to the new dryer. We had had the dryer vents cleaned a few years before by another company and I don't believe that they had done a very good job.

The Serviceman was super personable and thorough. I believe my "musty odor" may be gone ... won't really know til Spring when house/windows can be opened up. My only disappointment was his failure to clean the exterior of the return grate which he left for me to do. Upon my asking he agreed it was cruddy. I was later able to remove the crud with a normal household cleaner but feel at the amount charged I shouldn't have had to do it. Otherwise ... would have rated 5 Stars !!

Communication with the office was courteous and efficient. Very professional technician who quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue. I will recommend and use them again.
