He doesn't move furniture, but did a lot better than others, low residue and did a better job than the more expensive providers and a better job than the less expensive ones. The bang for the buck was really really good. He did a good job. It's been 6 months and my carpet still looks good. What I liked about him is he seems like an honest gentleman. I felt like I wouldn't have any problems with him.

They always hit the mark. They are always on time, very affordable. I trust them completely, no need to watch them. They have always done a great job.

He was very friendly, did a good job. The 2 rooms have commercial carpeting over a subfloor, so one has to be very carvel not to get them too wet. He handled it perfectly, everything came out nicely.

Awesome. Fast, punctual and willing to guarantee spot treatment. Looking forward to seeing carpet when dry. Did not inspect floors with black light, but provided a great service at a reasonable price, with good timelines. UPDATE: Don is an amazing guy, we had some stubborn spots in our living room and he promptly came back to fix them at no charge. Don clearly cares about his customers and the service he provides. We would absolutely hire him again.

Arrived early. Had left a message letting us know he was ahead of schedule but I had not gotten the message so was not quite ready. He was very patient and waited until I finished vacuuming. Great job on the carpets.

Don was very thorough in cleaning the carpets. This is the second time using this company because of the excellent job that was done the first time. I hired him the first time only 6 months after having the carpets cleaned by another company. I was hoping by cleaning I could extend the life of the carpets another 6months but after he cleaned them they looked almost new and I've been able to go 18 months in between cleanings. Highly recommend!!

He was very honest. He was on time, fast and efficient. There was a small mess since the hose had to come in through the window, but he was very good about cleaning up after himself. His pricing was excellent! He pricing distinctly came in under other companies that I have used in the past.
